Bought a new version of an old toy, really happy with the old one. Good and serious company , if you have any problems they will solve it

I really enjoy the assortment of items on Sohimi and have acquired a variety of their products. They never fail to satisfy and their customer service is excellent! For those without a regular playtime partner, there's no need to go to local shops or endlessly receive catalogs thru the mail with a disappointingly limited selection. Give Sohimi a try and you'll be sure to find something that turns you on; your sensual side will thank you!

I’ve got two different people responding to my one email and both of them were giving me conflicting stories regarding a pump that I already and couple other things that other things have been delivered, but the pump is not. I’m trying out who to go to to get this because I need it here present last weekend. I ordered it two weeks ago. Appreciate your follow up. Thank you.

I ordered 2 items and they were shipped separately - no big deal. When the first item arrived, it was not the same as what I had ordered. I reached out to customer service and they told me it's a "newer" version of what i ordered...yet it has less capabilities than the one that I ordered. That doesn't sound like much of an upgrade to me.
Secondly, the second item was shipped to my city, sat at some facility here for a few days - I figured it just needed assigned to someone's truck for delivery. 4 or 5 days go by and it's still at the facility! Next think I know, the tracking number tells me that my product is being shipped to TULSA!! That is many states away from me. I made my order the last week of January, and here we are Feb 11th, and I still have one downgraded version of the toy I wanted and nothing to show for the other one. HORRIBLE first impression.

I did not receive the item I ordered.

Products from here are fairly priced and fast shipping. When I needed help with a product, they were able to reply back in about an hour with a solution. Would use their website again.

I purchased a product in Sohimi around one month and a half ago (it took around 21 days from those 45 days (approx.) to arrive) The product sadly broke just after the 3rd usage and it made me worry for real as the warantee is supposed to be just 30 days since the date you bought. However, I contacted Sohimi Team and they answered me within the next 24h just as they claim in their web. They were communicative and kind and offered to send me a new product. I find the response very professional.

I purchased 4 products and only received 2. I had made inquiries and provided police report for the two missing items. Was told to make a review in order to get the two missing products reshipped. I just hope whom ever the carrier is follow the signs and deliver the products correctly and secured. Customer service needs to do better to rectify missing products and contact whom ever delivers product to follow delivery instructions accordingly and not leave things in places where signs clearly states not to leave them in. From the two products I did receive was successful as gag gifts. They loved it.

I had an issues and they were quick at getting it resolved. I can’t wait!! I’m looking forward to using their product and purchasing all my other toys through them.

Voi dite che avete provato di fornire il numero IOSS… ok, allora perché non si risolve la situazione? Noi, come clienti, paghiamo e pure subito. Voi, avete sempre dei problemi per fare le consegne. Assolutamente bravi!

Working. I think my item had to be cleared by customs. I wanted this to be discreet and now the airlines have to clear my order. I’m very anxious about this delivery. Also when I purchase these items I was unable to add the 10% discount

Easy to navigate website. Superb selection and prices. Quality goods which arrived very quickly.

Received faulty product and they would not give refund even when their site says, "30 days to change your mind, free returns." Had to dispute charges through PayPal and my credit card. PayPal gave me refund. Sohimi said they would give refund if I gave a positive review and if I returned item to China at my expense. Now I'm getting all kinds of fishing and scam emails from China because I told them they lie and are dishonest.

Sohimi has contacted me and told me the reason for the longer than normal delay is that my purchase was out of stock in the U.S. and had to be shipped from China. Tracking now shows the package has cleared customs so it will be delivered shortly.

Other than this one little glitch I have been more than happy with Sohimi customer service and the care they provide to their customers. I will not hesitate to reorder from them in the future.

I've bought 3 so far. The first was Black night which was flawless for a year. Stopped recharging Now there are so many to choose from it's very confusing. So read them carefully. The second I bought replace the last. But it only has twisting motion. The third I read carefully and still ordered wrong. It had vibration and trusting, but no twisting motion. Worse part is it arrived broken. I was able to open it and had a broken screw in one of the thrusting section. I was able to steal a piece to work out of the other 2 to fix it. The black knight to me was the best but only last a year. The website should have a filter that you can check mark what you are looking for. Like, thrusting, twisting, vibration and so on. But they don't. And they only take returns if the quality is no good. Not impressed.

Safe, discrete packaging and the product was intact and functioned as advertised.

It's nice to buy a product that does works the way it is advertised
