I would have given it 5 stars except that finding how to download the file is harder than when I have grabbed some software a few years ago. Instead of a link to download and a link for How To Set Up, I had to go to a question of how I wanted to set up before I got the link to download. But still great software.

This service is basically a scam. It provides Microsoft licences, but if something doesn’t work or you make the wrong purchase, they disappear and don’t offer any refund. I do not recommend this service at all.

The consultant was persistent and found a workaround for my issue.

Had a problem loading the software purchased (MS Project). It involved a system setup issue. I have a basic MS 365 business subscription for the basic MS apps but then bought Visio and Project. It is tricky when MS 365 subscriptions need to run under the business account while the laptop must run on a separate account. My understanding is that Microsoft have set this up this way to avoid issues if a business ceases to exist. The laptop system and purchased apps still run under the private account after the business account ceases. Makes sense but makes it tricky when buying and loading software.
The system blocked loading of the purchased software. Once it became clear that we had a technical issue (presumably because I had bought it under my business email but it needed to be loaded under the private email), remote support was provided and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with Software Mart. The support person (Hadi) displayed a lot of knowledge and professionalism, and patience and good grace with me! Thankyou!

I was having some difficulty with installing after a purchase and the online support stuck with me - even thouugh it was saturday - got everthing sorted and no issues with activation etc.
Cant ask for much better than that.

They Sell Windows 11 Pro keys as if they are retail keys but they are OEMs. Once you make the slightest change to your system, such as a new hard drive, windows will block your product key. It's GONE. Software Mart will act as if what they have done is normal and offer to sell you another OEM key. STAY AWAY.
