Shop & customer service: "first payment is 28 days after delivery - approx 4 months".
Finance company 'Creation': "first payment 28 days from now"
Customer service: "I'll get the store manager to talk to Creation and get them to correct the dates". That didn't happen so I called again.
Customer service: "Yes the dates in the contract are wrong, and I wouldn't sign a document like that. But you've got to". Me: 'will you put that in an email so put my mind at rest?" This was, apparently, an outrageous request and he ended call.

Been waiting 17 weeks for my sofa (estimated 12 weeks). Poor communication about its location, with the due date on the online account always being changed. No one can tell me where it is, & whether it will be here for Xmas. Really disappointing from what was a very good sale in July. Customer service has been dreadful.

I fell over one of your raised displays and Kaitlyn came to rescue me to see if I was hurt. She was very helpful and friendly and concerned.
She then helped me choose a footstool and advised on fabrics. Lovely smile

Good customer services, I love all about the shopping experience but 3 days after making an order was told its not possible to change colour of my sofa, tried to cancel the order so I can reorder the colour we wanted and told its not possible.
So now I am waiting for a sofa that I dont even like
UPDATE
The customer services send me an email telling that they can change my colour for a fee of 10% of the actual price. I send them all the evidence of emails which prove that I am right my time was supposed to expire at 2pm on 18 November but I contacted them physically and electronically before 12 noon and in both instances they said no.
Up to now still waiting for a response which I am not expecting because its now long overdue and they know they wrong.
