Went in to buy a new sofa today and had an amazing experience. Was greeted upon arrival and was assisted the whole time by the lovely Garry. From talking us through options to advising us on different alternatives to what we were after. As a result of his service we purchased a new sofa and are very happy with the process being made so easy by Garry. Would definitely recommend Sofology to anyone looking to purchase a new sofa.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, Mr Hitesh Mohan took us round, when we told him what we was looking for it was sorted in no time at all, went back in the store a few days later to see Mr Mohan, he had everything ready for us, what a nice friendly man, a credit to the company.

Sunil was very helpful, and had excellent product knowledge and experience. He was very polite and friendly, and extremely patient whilst I considered a multitude of options, as I had little idea what I wanted and what would be practical / fit inside my home.
I am very pleased with the customer service and advice I received, and would definitely recommend this store, and Sunil.

The staff are very helpful, friendly, and process is simple and clear.
I just wonder how they justify the delivery charges which ARE over the top. You can get an AnyVan to delivery for a quarter of the price!!!

We found what we really wanted and liked. We were able to go around the store and then finally decided what caught our eye on the first instance. We checked out everything and we were totally satisfied with the product and service and now we wait for the date when we can finally get it delivered. The person who served us was not pushing us in any way. He was very understanding of our needs and was explained that due to my health issues I have made the right choice. Thank you Sofology

I spent over a year trying to decide on what to get for our LAST sofa. My wife has quite severe dementia so I couldn't get her usual opinion on things. Then recently she was admitted to hospital so I thought now's my chance to look round the furniture stores again and perhaps get the item installed just before she comes home. In remembering some of the sofas I had liked before, the store Sofology stood out in my mind, recalling the friendly staff and some sofa designs. On entering the store I almost immediately found the one for me and sat on it. It was a sort of off white colour in leather. I recognised one of the friendly salesman but on this occasion, as I put in the company's requested review of the transaction, 'trust in a sales person can be uncertain' I'm certainly not saying he was dishonest, I was just left with an uncertain feeling after the purchase. He's supposed to make me feel confident isn't he? I said I would like the off white colour we were sitting on but as a two and a half seater. He said right you want it in stone colour then and said yes please. As it happened the sofa arrived two hours before my wife came home after 5 weeks in the hospital. On looking at the sofa I thought this beige colour is not what I remember? I asked the van driver to check what colour it said on the box and they confirmed it was stone. The salesman probably forgot the colour name of the sofa we were sitting on? I tried to check the colour on Sofolody's website but 'stone' was not featured. Perhaps it has been discontinued and they must have felt fortunate that someone had perhaps purchased their last one which is not featured in the current range? Due to the unsettled state of my wife who could not even stand when she came home, the visiting caring and medical staff, I didn't raise it with the store and feel that now it's probably too late.
