Great customer service
Will at the White City Retail park in Manchester was so helpful. He answered all our questions and we felt really informed about our decision. It’s quite a big purchase for us but we’re so pleased with our choice. They left us alone to browse the showroom and were more than happy to help when we had questions.

We found Happy extremely helpful
We found Happy extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and able to guide us through the process. You don’t replace lounge furniture very often and your decision has to be right and with Happy’s help I feel we did just that. Thanks again

Excellent experience!
We came in today and was a bit sad that the sofa we wanted had been discontinued. The sofology assistant Ikram helped us find a new sofa which was very similar to the one we liked originally. He was very professional, friendly and walked us through the whole process. I’ve been stressed for ages about getting a sofa and it felt so easy and pressure free once we were there. Thanks again Ikram!
