Great buying experience
I visited the Manchester store a number of times to make my decision on the right sofa. Each time it was a great experience and I think it does make the difference that the sales team do not feel like vultures following you around the store. When I had made my decision, Happy was a great help and very personable making the experience pleasant and very easy. Overall a great shop and team and I am looking forward to my sofa arriving in a few weeks.

Qas was extremely satisfying with his nolig of the kind of sofa we wanted and listening to everthing we had to say and I think he deserves a raise or even a bonus i haven't had customer service like that in a very long time

Great customer service
Will at the White City Retail park in Manchester was so helpful. He answered all our questions and we felt really informed about our decision. It’s quite a big purchase for us but we’re so pleased with our choice. They left us alone to browse the showroom and were more than happy to help when we had questions.
