Very friendly and helpful, explaining all in detail

Peter was curtious, friendly and professional throughout the sales transaction. His knowledge of the product was extensive and thorough, it was a pleasure to buy from sofology.

Fantastic customer care, Peter took the time to explain everything clearly and he ensured that we bought the sofa that we both wanted and needed. We never felt rushed and was given space when we needed it to chat things over without feeling we were in the spotlight.

Great , a lovely young lady served is . Not pushy very professional.

On entering store salesman Matt introduced himself and directed us to the sofas we were interested in . He left us alone and stated if we needed any help please call. After we agreed on 3 piece suite we called Matt over who explained everything to us in a professional and helpful manner. and purchased the 3 piece suite. No pressure selling which is a bonus

We recently ordered and new corner sofa from your Ipswich branch and found Paul to be both a knowledgeable and helpful assistant. We never felt pressured into our purchase and Paul made the whole process very simple and straightforward. Excellent customer service.

The gentleman who served me was very friendly,helpful and polite and we had a good laugh through the whole transaction of the sale and nothing was to much for him even rearranged the whole sofa so I could see wha it would like look his name was Peter
