Got a bed last month from a girl called lizzie and just came back and ordered a sofa from her, she is the nicest girl I’ve come across while shopping, so much knowledge and experience on anything we’d asked, would definitely recommend dreams/sofa time and especially Lizzie

We bought our suite of furniture from Johnston, we found him to be an excellent sales man who knew what he was talking about and was in no way pushy. He made the whole experience very simple and straightforward

As soon as we entered the store Tanya came to greet us and gave us directions for the lift as we had a pushchair. The whole process she was great and went smoothly! Tanya gave us lots of advice and tips. She offered us beverages all throughout our visit and was very helpful! We will definitely be back in the future.

Costumer service and help received from Jeff in the Omagh store

Bought my sofa in Omagh store. Had a very good experience bought it on the sale was so impressed with quality. Was treated well in store by johnston (manger) and Karen who we bought our sofa through.

We visited the Omagh store just to browse. Jeff was really helpful and able to answer any questions we had regarding the sofas we were looking at. He was able to talk us through how the delivery/ shipping process would happen as we aren't local to the area.
Overall a pleasant experience and we look forward to the delivery of our new sofas.
