I’ve had a lovely experience with Sodah. Unfortunately, one of my dresses came ripped so I couldn’t try it on :(, so I have to return it. Other than that, shipping was extremely quick, and the quality of the dresses are really nice. Also, customer service is great. I would recommend!

Quality of the item was poor. Customer service is slow to respond and reaolve any issues.

I’ve ordered from them twice and both times have been disappointed. Their delivery service is very bad, you pay for express shipping and it won’t be processed or dispatched until a week or a month later, and customer service is not that great. Clothes are not true to size and does not cater for normal women with curves (non bbl body and no flat stomach etc), if you are quite slim and have a shorter torso then it may work for you. If you are a plus size or average sized woman do more research or size up!

They sent me a faux leather item that stinks and I returned it. They initially received the item but didn't refund me, then when I emailed, they issued store credit, in spite of it being illegal not to issue a refund for faulty items in the UK. I will be reporting the business, especially as the reviews on here provide good evidence to the authorities of their terrible business practices

I have emailed this brand 3 times and dm’d them on instagram once. They are ignoring my enquiries . So unprofessional . Such a ghetto-run business refusing to resend me my store credit I’m owed. I will definitely continue to leave bad reviews for this brand. Don’t waste your time with them. They’re quick to take your money but when there’s an issue, they disappear. I wish I looked at previous reviews before dealing with such a terrible company.

Ordered some cargos. They were too big so I sent them back. Heard nothing it’s been months now I’ve emailed multiple times and dmed on insta and no response at all! I saw online they only give store credit which is fine but not even got that! Robbed my money!!!

The garments were a bit too tight so I returned them and reordered them again in larger sizes and requested for a refund on my original order. Heard nothing back for almost 2 weeks, sent multiple emails/ IG msgs. And finally decided to send a whole bunch of “?” To their IG DM’s, they finally replied and gave me a full refund on the first order. Really love the items and I hope they improve their customer service because the garments are actually really nice and very decent quality. Will most likely order again, I just love the way they fit and shape. Please improve your customer service.

I ordered two dresses from them, total was £130.

I returned BOTH dresses within 14 days as per their returns policy and they have given me a store credit of £65? So they have only given me a store credit for one dress instead of the two I returned. And I asked for a refund yet they’ve given me store credit.

Wish I’d seen this awful reviews before buying anything.

The quality of the dresses is absolutely shocking, cheap rubbish. AVOID

Not happy with the quality of the Utopia two piece, a lot of loose thread, the rope for the lace up part is just a frayed open end. The diamanté straps have a lot of missing pieces and some even look almost rusty. The fur on the skirt is held by 4 pieces of thread. I will say the sizing is spot on though!

Took a week for them to ship cause they were waiting for stock which is annoying. They should’ve marked it as pre order on the website. They also say it’s £14.99 for shipping but I paid €23+ which is also so annoying.

Once thing I value about smaller brands is how intimate they are with their packaging, that’s not the case here. The little bags the clothes came in were wrinkled af so if anything looked like a returned package that was sent to me.

Such a pity cause they have such nice items and I’d love to order again but whole experience was a big let down cause their IG & website are so nice

I returned a dress from them and after 2 weeks with 3 emails and an Instagram message I have had not one response and No refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will not refund you and scam you I should’ve searched the reviews before buying.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchase their popular silver dress on January 13th 2023 for $168.83 CAD. I STILL have not received the dress to this day. I’ve sent out emails, dm’ on their Instagram as well as comments under their posts about how they keep promoting their brand when existing customers still do not have items they’ve purchased. Also inquired about a refund as I no longer what the dress (that still hasn’t been shipped) and of course they didn’t not respond to that email. Horrible company, don’t waste your hard earned money on them just wait till Shein/PLT comes out with dupes.

They are literally a scam. They tried charging me multiple times, fraudulent. Fake customer service replies keep saying “we’ll get back to you as soon as we can”. Just a fake clothing brand. Do not buy from here.

Do not order from this brand. Don't waste your time or money. I never received my item and they have not responded to my emails. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REFUNDS!!

Please do not buy from this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They do not accept refunds which is extremely bizarre for an online company and definitely a red flag. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Horrible customer service and horrible returns policy. P.s you’ll have to chase up your returns as their customer service representative is non existent and will not update you.

When a brand has a store credit as opposed to refund policy it speaks VOLUMES about their quality - so take that as it is, especially as an online brand where you can’t try on clothes for fit before. Absurd! There clothes don’t fit my chest but somehow I’m supposed to swap for other clothes that… don’t fit my chest. Can assure their clothes aren’t worth it, save your money and buy elsewhere!

I returned a dress that was too small for me, they told me I can’t get my money back it goes on to store credit. I did tell them unfortunately their items are not for my body shape and they still refused to give me my money back. I bought the dress through KLARNA and they told KLARNA they didn’t receive the item back because they no it’s against your rights not to give you your money back. I have emails from them confirming the item is returned. I will be taking this matter further. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS RUBBISH COMPANY. I’ll be spreading this virally too on TikTok and insta so as many people hear about this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. SODAH YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED… I’ll clap the day your company goes down.

By far the worst brand I have ever had the disadvantage to buy from. Currently undergoing legal action with Trading standard and Citizen advice for the violation of my Consumer Rights - The will not admit fault and they will take your money and run! Disgusting brand with disgusting customer service. Despite agreeing to a credit note for non faulty items - the faulty items were refused a refund. CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NON EXISTENT WHEN YOU BUY FROM HERE!!!! There are far better brands out there that we can support and grow. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

They sent an email saying that my item would be delivered on the 8th July, 14 days on I still haven't received it. I contacted them about it and only got a reply from them asking for my order number after a week. It's been 3 days and I still haven't heard from them or been provided with any resolution. AVOID THIS BRAND LIKE THE PLAGUE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
