Very responsive team and willing to learn and assist during the learning curve process. Each response was direct and personal, and saw better results as time went on. Great platform to lift off and gain additional followers and engagement.

Have been very happy with Social Sensei for many years, they have been extremely supportive at all times, correspondence via phone and email have been supportive as they explain the process of what they do in marketing, and also the process and updates of the social media platform. A wonderful stress free experience.

The program for targeted followers on Instagram helped me grow a 200% for my new account. I like that I can just focus on creating stuff while Social Sensei makes the background job for me. I would just give it a little more discount in order to be a perfect fit for me as a new account not receiving money for it. In general, 5 stars!

I don’t often write reviews. Normally, that is because my experience is good but not great. With Social Sensei, what I’m seeing them do is above and beyond great. It’s so rare to find a company that values transparency these days, and these folks certainly have it. They will talk to you about facts and real numbers, provide realistic expectations and potential changes you can make to your social media campaigns. I’m excited to use them for all of my businesses! (That sounded self-important, I only have TWO lol)

I first worked with Social Sensei about 3.5-4 years ago to help get seen more with my music and mission as an Artist, Creator, Inspirational Speaker, and Transformation / Empowerment Coach. The service was incredible and it really helped me grow! I got real people discovering and following me, and created some incredible connections. When the algorithms changed and life happened (I got pregnant!), we paused our work together, but now I’m excited to get started up again because I know the co-founder and he’s an incredible person with a beautiful heart. This company is real and authentic — and isn’t based out of India like all the other “promotion” companies that will get you 15k followers in bot accounts that will ruin your engagement (believe me, been there, done that). Social Sensei is the real deal and they’re the only peeps I trust when it comes to organic promotion! Thank you team, I’m ready to get back on the SS Fleet :)

Here's the good, the bad (aka: could improve) and the ugly of Social Sensei in my experience using them for both my own accounts and my clients.

The Good:

Social Sensei is one of the real social media companies out there. And what I mean by real is they will help you with true organic growth. They're not going to buy bots and they aren't shady. You pay them for their services and they deliver.

Having used them for both my own accounts and my clients' I can say that they truly care about their customers. I was privileged to have the owner himself jump on with me to help me problem solve issues. He went above and beyond by providing me with valuable feedback that changed the course of our campaign and made it much more valuable to us. He has some serious marketing know-how and I was very impressed that he would take the time to help on such a granular level.

The Bad (Or just, areas Social Sensei could improve):

I don't know if it was just a busy time for the company or if they were short staffed (this was in the thick of Covid) but it did take some time to get my campaigns in place and communication did seem to be lacking. Seemed like I really had to instigate to get things moving along which is not how I'm accustomed to working with services I've paid for. However I do feel they made up for it, refer to "The Good" above.

The Ugly:

I mean, I had to end on this because that's the title of the movie, but nothing in my experience with Social Sensei constitutes as ugly. Appreciated their help with some campaigns that delivered results and also actually LOVE their continued emails. They are always full of golden nuggets of social media advice.

Honestly, I wish I could write a great review for my experience with this company, but after two tries and not receiving much of any results I wrote off my experience and money as a lesson learned. We never really got off the ground, there were miscommunications left and right causing slow downs in our time, reps quitting/changing several times and the worst part was when we finally did have my IG connected the messages that were being sent out were for eyelash extensions and my business is so far away from anything beauty that customers were totally put off. The rep was also following accounts that were completely irrelevant and non-English speakers. I ended up losing followers rather than gaining any.

Using Social Sensei for my IG growth was honestly the best thing that I have done for my social media so far. All of my followers were organic and I actually became friends with quiet a few of them and continue to collaborate on music and art projects with. I’ve tried other services, but they never came close to Social Sensei on engagement and organic follows. I definitely recommend if you’re looking to build your followers and make genuine connections with people!!! Will definitely continue to use them in the future!!

Their strategies work some take longer than others but they work. I would recommend them.

I came to Social Sensei looking for social media growth, but after hopping on a call with their CEO he helped me realize that what I really wanted was more sales, so he suggested they could do some lead generation on our behalf.  I didn’t think about that strategy before, but he was right I ultimately wanted to make more sales so we put a plan together and put it in motion.  The Social Sensei team was not only able to get me more leads which resulted in more sales, but they created a scientific system that broke down how much it cost to generate a sale and I realized after 2 months we were able to 13x my investment.  Ummm, that’s a no-brainer, so of course, we expanded the process now and it’s been working great.  Highly recommend it if you are looking for more leads for your business.

We needed help finding influencers to partner with in the women’s sexual health industry. We tried researching on our own, but it wasn’t the easiest thing to do so we wanted to try some agencies out. We decided to give Social Sensei a shot based on their pitch and I’m glad we did because they’ve really knocked it out of the park for us. Not only did they get us influencers that matched our exact target but they got their rates down and ended up saving us a ton of money. We’ve only run one campaign with them so far, but the results are promising and we are looking forward to creating a long-term partnership. If you need to get into a specific niche then they will find those influencers for you.

Social Sensei has been a complete game changer for me on how I view social media. I used to have to try to figure out what I was going to post everyday and now I can finally take a breath and relax knowing that Leonida is on top of it helping create awesome graphics and captions for me. It’s such a relief that I don’t have to stress about social media anymore because to be honest, I hate it, but I know you’ve got to do it to stay in business these days. For me if feels like one of those necessary evils, but now that I finally took the step to bring the Social Sensei team in I can focus on what I actually love to do which is helping people learn how to paint.

Had a wonderful first time experience working with the team at Social Sensei. I really felt like they took the time to understand our company’s mission statement and brand before creating a social media strategy. Honestly, we were blown away by their ideas, insights, and research that they did on our competitors in the space. The information was valuable not only for social media, but other aspects of our business as well. It’s only our first month of working with them, but we can see a long term relationship being built if they continue to deliver this level of excellence.

I didn’t have time to run my business and manage my social media at the same time and THANK GOD I FOUND SOCIAL SENSEI. They have literally given me my life back because I was always trying to figure out what to post on social media. I know everybody needs social media these days but I really don’t like doing it. Like, I hate it actually. I know I can’t be the only one! The team at social sensei helped me create all the graphics and designs and things to make my account look pretty, posting, and all that stuff, but the best part about it all is that I don’t need to spend time thinking about social media all the time!

It was great working with the Social Sensei team. They helped me understand the importance of having a clear direction with my social media strategy and laid out the steps for me to accomplish my goals on my Instagram. After working with them for about two months we have revamped our brands positioning to be able to attract the audience that we want. Its refreshing to work with people that not only know how to help you achieve your goals, but also have an entire team that can help you get there.

They suck. They say it’s a loop giveaway with real customers. Lies. I had thousands of bots and spam accounts that have added me and still do weeks after I WAS refunded. Yes I was refunded Bc I got on them about this and how they promote it. I called and complained and they pretty much Said it wasn’t them and it was me trying other methods to grow following. I DID NOTHING ELSE. My first and last time. Still to this day hundreds of bots follow me everyday and I have to manually delete them. I told social sense to take me out of their system but they said it was out. But the day I started getting followers I called and said they’re all bots, I was told by the “boss” that there was a problem with the 3rd party companies system that they use and then had the nerve to tell me it had nothing to do with them when I complained. Bro I still have like 2000 bots I still gotta delete off my page. I was so mad and the fact that this kid sitting in some room in front of a computer acting like he has it together as a Ceo just talks good but let you have a problem and try to blame their system smh. Charging $299 the lowest at that! Thats disrespectful. I can show anyone proof if they just send me a message. I would NEVER use this company again. Terrible. Kid hangs up the phone before you can even say bye. Don’t Trust them. Just don’t. They don’t know what they’re doing and they’re stealing your money ! As I said I still have messages between us and screenshots of my page. Thousands of bots. ridiculous. These people need to be out outta business. They are SCAMMING the say I used other services … that does not mean that is accurate because you say so. You were the first service I’ve ever tried. You can play that game all you want but you were the ONLY SERVICE I have used and the last. You even told me something was wrong on your end with a partner company. You lie and you’re weak for that. You need to really stop playing defense. I spoke to you guys on multiple occasions on the phone. If your calls are recorded with me then make it public. I have no problem with that. Other than that, make your business fool proof so things like that don’t happen. You have a defense for all negative reviews. Sounds good but facts are you guys suck.
