Dont trust.... out of Netherlands and only reponds via email odd hours. terribly unreliable service. DOn't get fooled

THEY HAVE TAKEN $47 from my account after the 7 day trial, and then suppose to be $7 pm as promised DAN!!! SO WTF and there is no way to actually stop that subscription, even now after being billed. I have contacted them and want a refund!! This is not cool and I feel tricked into their billing. So I will find a course elsewhere, not with Dan and the Gangsters! I wish i can attach screenshots to actually show you what options you have in your account, but not possible

Just started working with Social Boom after a very insightful and valuable social media overview report from Dan, for FREE.
I am finding the follow-up approach and content ...excellent.

As well as a huge vault of information on the portal, their online love interactions, such as Nail Your Niche, are compact and efficient in getting down to business.

Certainly looking forward to working with Dan and his team to grow our brand here in the UK

I can't find a way to cancel my subscription? All the courses I'd like require upgrades which I can't afford. Please can you help me to cancel?

When I signed up I was never able to log in and now they're charging me every month for nothing. There are no contact details anywhere on the internet to get hold of them either. Will have to try to contact my bank and block the payments

Dan and Travis, why do you make it a difficult process for members to cancel their membership? It's disappointing! I had initially given a 5-star review after attending the Nail the Niche workshop because that was valuable. However, I've not really gotten much value because there are almost 100 videos to watch just to get through the modules and I'll be honest most of what I've gone through haven't moved the needle for me. The most frustrating thing is I bought a low-ticket item and was automatically subscribed to a monthly recurring membership (which I didn't mind) but I've not gotten much value from it but now it seems I've been locked into the membership. I have tried to cancel and its been a nightmare experience. There is no cancellation button and I have had to answer multiple questions just to then be sent to a google form to fill and still no confirmation of my cancellation. Now, only to find out that they're still taking out the subscription fees from my account. I am trying to request a refund and for my cancellation to be confirmed and even this process is not straightforward and its like going down a rabbit hole. It's frustrating! It's not about the fee, it's the principle of not extorting people. Why do you have to make it very difficult for members to cancel?

I'm loving social boom so far. I joined about a week ago. Did some of the trainings myself. Then came to the live today. I'm really grateful with how knowledgable Dan is. (He's the one who lead my Live group training today.) I feel really blessed that he took time to chat with me specifically about my niche. I'm so excited to dive in more with the course. What made (is still making) my experience so transformational with Social Boom is 3 things:

1- the level of care that Dan and Travis demonstrate in their marketing, training an entire business shows they genuinely care

2- how different going through their course material/live training feels, as opposed to everything else in the marketplace.

3- seeing the actual real life results that they’ve been able to help students create over hundreds of different industries.

Real people, not bots. Workshop was not a video, he was really there, answering questions. They've got tools that are so easy to use and so helpful and insightful. Great experience.

I started on the $7 membership and just attended the live "Nail your Niche" call. I was about to give up on my dream because of consistent failures and now I feel like there is hope through this course to make my dream come to life and succeed.
