I was advised to order by others that had positive experiences. Never again. I ordered three items. One was good. One was good but I ordered a small and they sent a large (which is too HUGE for me to wear). The third item had a large rip across the back. I sent three emails and got no response. I sent a message via WhatsApp (as advised by a previous customer) and got a response within 36 hours. Shocking response though - pretty much "contact me before you order again and I'll send you a discount voucher for some money off". When I replied saying my goods were faulty / not what I ordered so I wanted a refund or exchange I have received zero response. The message hasn't even been read after 5 days. So disappointed.

Ordered twice and it took 2 weeks for the goods to arrive. More than happy with quality of shirts and excellent prices too. Will certainly order again.

Do not touch with a barge pole. I have now tried several times to contact the company and no response. I ordered my items on 20th Sept and received them nearly 6 weeks later. I had a part delivery of items and have emailed to advise of items missing and no response. The weight of the package I received clearly shows that it is below the weight I ordered by 1kg. 100% buyer satisfaction if you do not receive all items?

After you have placed your order don’t panic if it’s a week that’s gone by and you haven’t received your order. It does arrive and you will be happy with your purchase. I have ordered afew times now and I’ve never been let down or disappointed with the product, And I will be ordering again in the future 👍🏼

Ordered a Scotland retro top and they sent me a different one to what I ordered. Have sent 6 emails / feedback forms and getting no response. Quality of top is good (2nd time I’ve used them) but no good if they can’t respond & get issues addressed! Not impressed by lack of customer service!!

Ordered over 4 weeks ago and still have not had my order, neither has it been shipped.
Keep getting an automated response to my messages and told the same thing over and over again!

Ordered an adult Argentina Jersey for myself and the full Argentina kit for my 11yr old son. Didn't expect too much to be honest but was delighted when they arrived. Quality and sizing was spot on. Delivery time was 6 weeks, but its coming from China so no surprise there. Will order again, fantastic prices.

After initially very good pay experiences with soccer03,this time around has been absolutely farcical! Ordered my son 2 kits 36 days ago was given tracking details which can’t be tracked, sent multiple messages (at least 10) and no correspondence from soccer03. A very disappointed customer and even more so very disappointed child!

Ordered some football boots at a cost of £65 (inc shipping). They have stick-on transfers that peeled off after only 2 uses.
Customer service is pathetic claiming I have 'had them a long time'. I got them in July and made the complaint in September after genuinely only wearing them twice.
Steer clear.

Ordered a replica Nottingham Forest home shirt.
When it arrive it was embroidered inside out. Contacted Soccer03 via the message page, email and WhatsApp. All ignored. If your order arrives wrong there’s no comebacks. Avoid.

DO NOT USE.... I was advised of this buisness and was excited to order a tracksuit for my sons birthday. It was received on time but the sizeing was very wrong it would fit my husband. I have sent 3 emails to ask for details on a return for a diffrent size and have had not reply and this is why I have given it 1star. Dont I ignore your customers I'd tou want to keep your buisness.

I’m still waiting on an order I placed weeks & weeks ago. I’ve emailed several times but I received no help at all.

I left several bad reviews on their website but they don't get published.

Ordered a pair of trainers in size 8, sent me 8.5 and tried to put a size 8 sticker label over the top of original. Poor effort from them as was easy to see what they had done!!!
Save your money and avoid this moody lot

Ordered quite a few kits and the sizing was true to what was advertised. Shipping was about 5-6 weeks which isn't too bad. However, my only issue is the consistency of the colours and materials of the same kits. I ordered 2 of the same in different sizes, and they both came in a different shade of blue. Also the finish of the material was totally different. I probably won't use them again due to this constant I consistency. I emailed them for a refund or an exchange but they never got back to me. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this business.

I been buying shirts off this site for past few years, yes they take a few weeks to arrive which is to be expected due to were they are coming from, the quality is really good and the price is even better, my football tops and my boys, basketball tops, trainers they have all lasted and washed very well. You won't be disappointed

I've ordered only one jersey just to check sizing as I heard it is different than standard one. Waited 2 months to find out that my order is lost.After contacting them I've requested replacement.Two months after got an email that my order was lost... Anyway 4 months after placing an order I don't have jersey or refund...Scam website....
