Took my money, no product delivered after 2 months. All you get is a generic response, do not use.

DO NOT USE!! I have ordered a top and the money has been taken from my bank. They have told me they have not received payment and keep replying the same generic replies!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

So far I've ordered 3 shirts and the two I have received are amazing I love them looking forward to the 3rd any day now

Ordered the purple liverpool 3rd kit for my son and an adult shirt for myself.

It arrived 2 weeks after ordering 01/01/24-13/01/24 and I can't see anything different/off from the original shirts.

My son has now gone up in size and his kit has gone up from £50 all in to adult prices as he's now 8-9 his Allison kit cost £100 from sports direct.

I was speaking to another parent expressing my anger and has given the link to soccer03 with great recommendations.

I think the negative views are from frustration of not receiving orders in time for Christmas which is almost certainly their busiest time.

I would highly recommend as a parent and the kits will barely last a season before being out grown.

Sizing we Ordered a size up as recommended in kids sizes, normally i wear 2xl in standard clothes but I ordered myself 5xl which is a tad big so probably 1 or 2 sizes in adults (I do strength training so have larger shoulders and a broader chest than average.)

Ordered several times through 2023 after hearing about them through a parent at my sons football team. Always been spot on in terms of quality and have to expect approx month delivery time when coming from Abroad. Wait well Worth it for the quality and delivery costs. Ordered kits and tracksuits last year. Sizing chart is brilliant and accurate we found. Have to say Christmas was stressful - appreciate where many people on here coming from. We ordered on 15th November (3 kits) for Xmas presents. Thankfully they arrived 5 days before Xmas. Massive relief. The issue for me and surprised hasn’t been flagged in other reviews was fact they hiked up delivery charges for festive season. Appalling. Paid £15 delivery for 3 football kits weighing no more than a medium box of tea bags. Previous similar orders throughout the year I didn’t pay more than £3-£4 for. A real opportunity seized by the company to rinse folk already struggling during current times. This I found very insulting and unacceptable. However paid all the same as still saving against normal prices of football strips. It’s actually put me off ordering again. I did email them complaining about delivery costs but waited 4 weeks for a generic dis-interested response about weight of package etc. can’t fault quality of “counterfeit” goods they provide. No way know weren't the real deal. Know pressure on parents to get their kids fitted out in favourite team kits and know only too well the ridiculous prices they charge. This place is a genuine way of keeping g the children and bank account happy.

Have some patience. Wait a while. Once the wait is over you will be happy. These fake shirts are a fraction of the price you get from official retailers. The quality is near perfect. To 99% of people, they won't know they are fake.
If you want speedy delivery, pay full price and get it from your local sports shop.

Waited around a month, yet only had problems on the UK side with the royal mail which caused a longer delay. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind waiting 3-4 weeks. Shirts are great quality and I was very happy with the price!

Im writing this review purely for others in the same boat. I ordered early Nov for a lot of football kits plus trainers. After a week or two there was no update on shipping so I started to panic. I sent numerous emails & was told the same thing time and time again "Don't panic" but I was. No shipment update & coming from China, it wasn't looking good.
Finally, I got a shipment update, my order was coming from Germany (I live in Dublin), and things were looking good......received an update stating my package was in Ireland, and I finally got it on 18th Dec

It seems you don't get a shipment update until it lands in Germany or whatever mid-way stop!!! I had thought because I hadn't received the shipment update leaving China, that I wasn't going to get it or else there were longer delays

The quality of the kits are unreal/amazing!!!! My son was thrilled with his gifts. I will order again but maybe not so close to Christmas :)

Ordered 2 shirts on the 17th December and they arrived today.

Absolutely perfect quality and identical.

Tracking was provided as soon as Royal Mail picked the parcel up.

Don’t listen to half these reviews, too many impatient people. They will take time to come so just wait as it’s definitely worth it ⭐️

I ordered 6 kits , on the 13th November for Christmas.
It's the 2nd of January now and still not recieved, I've asked for refund and just keep getting same message how my item will arrive , although I told them its no use now as hasn't arrived for Christmas they still just keep avoiding my request to issue a refund of over £100!
I thought ordering on the 13th Nov was plenty of time for the items to arrive , I really regret using this company but was recommended them off a family member who has used them before with no problems and also they ordered kits the same time as me and theirs arrived way before Christmas so really cannot work out why theirs came and mine hasn't.
I will never use them again and they've lost my family member also now as their trust In them has gone due to my issues .

Do not waste your money! Ordered a ‘medium’ one size up from what my son wears now that’s slightly on the small side, he is 5’2” you would have to be about 6’6 to fit into it
Re-ordered an age 14 in two training kits, one would fit an 8 year old and the other one is even bigger than the medium I ordered previously!!
Absolutely do not want to know about returns, I will never recommend them to anyone

Ordered 5 kits with names on back, very pleased with them. Did take 6 weeks to arrive but with such a bit order was understandable. Received email tracking for Royal Mail a week before arrival. Kits good quality at a very good price. Will be ordering again.

One of my items arrived damaged and was unable to be given as a Christmas gift. Despite weeks of emailing, sending all photos and info requested, I have only been offered a 30% credit to be used against a future order. Despite refusing this they are just playing delaying tactics. The website states that if goods are damaged they will refund but they seem to have no intention of doing that.

I ordered a woman England shirt and got a arsenal one tried to complain no response absolutely shocking beware rubbish

Ordered to football tops off these one chelsea on Liverpool delivery took longer than expected but parcels eventually arrived in time for Christmas great quality tops no issues with sizes or quality etc.. this company get alot of stick but my overall experience has been generally pleasant.

My order arrived today just in time for Christmas. I placed my order on the 24th of November. Everything has arrived as expected and I’m happy with the personalisation. I would order again but I’d allow for at least 4 weeks for delivery. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was because I don’t think the delivery time frame is clear I’m sure it said about 7 days on the website. I did contact them a couple of times and I did receive a response on both occasions very polite and as helpful as they could be.

Ordered 21st of Nov 2 kits and 2 tracksuits. Didn't have a tracking number until just over a week ago with royal mail not even receiving the order yet.
Accepted we wouldn't receive until after christmas, but they've came today!!
Brilliant quality, very happy.
Will definitely be ordering again, but wouldn't leave it so late in Nov next year.

Ordered 5th December. Received 21 December.

I was sceptical even when ordering that it would arrive before Christmas. I then read the reviews on here and was convinced it wouldn't arrive. But it did.

The tracking link didn't update until it was in the UK distribution centre and I then received it the next day.

The quality is good, not quite as good as a kit I've had from DH gate but my little boy is going to love it.
