I ordered two same chocolate football mould same size quantity 2 for but both were so different, one was ok and the other one was bit bigger and dented, couldn’t make my bath bomb, i complained but still no reply. Waste of money.

I have ordered two football moulds few days ago and i received my parcel today which i was looking forward to and i am so disappointed to see that both of these moulds are different in size, if i am making a bath bomb i won’t be able to make it with these moulds as one is bigger in size then the other one while i have ordered the exact same size moulds.
I need two same size moulds as soon as possible there was a reason i paid 24tracked delivery.
Kindly find a solution and let me know.

The following reply was sent to you 25th November 2022 within 18 minutes of being open, which we never had a reply to:
"Hi Sidra,
could you please add some photos? The moulds should be the same size and I cant see how it would be possible to send different sized moulds out- as they are made from a master which cannot change size.
Do you mean that the outside of the plastic (The flat part) is a different size? If so don’t worry, You can cut this to be the same size.
Our moulds are designed to be flat backed but if you wanted to make a large 3d football then you can trim the flat parts to make them suit your requirements.

It is totally possible to be able to make a 3D shape with them, however this is not how they are intended to be used- and probably not the easiest for a beginner either which is why we we sell them as a flat backed mould to be used individually. On your email there was no mention of any of the moulds being damaged either.
