I have written SnusBoss 4 times…

I have written SnusBoss 4 times concerning late or lost delivery but no response. Seems like if something goes wrong before the customer receives the order they don’t care as long as they have shipped it. Appears to be a nonexistent customer service
After a long wait my order finally arrived so all is well.

Geld behouden maar nooit verzonden

Ik zou graag een positieve beoordeling willen geven, omdat ik in het verleden positieve ervaringen heb gehad, maar deze keer niet. Ik heb voor $ 150 aan Zyn besteld, maar het is nooit verzonden. Het is nu 10 dagen geleden en niemand reageert op mijn e-mails, contactformulieren op de website of berichten via FB of IG. Het lijkt erop dat ze mensen zijn gaan oplichten, denk ik...

They definitely changed my prospective

At first I saw the prices were well on there product then I ordered so quickly I forgot to see how much shipping was I tried to cancel but it never did but at the end of the day when I got the ZYN’s there where of such great quality soon I might order enough
to override the delivery fee

Disappointed…

I was very excited to try a new snus provider. I’ve been using the same one for years and Snussboss has great variety and prices.

I was let down when UPS came to my door and asked me to pay $100+ in order to get my package. When I asked why they said it was a “Cash on Delivery” delivery. I politely declined the package and sent an email to Snussboss. I haven’t heard back from them. That was 3 days ago.

I want this to have been a one time error because I can see myself ordering from them again. At this point I’m not sure that’s the case. My hope now is that they’re not ripping me off and are willing to either overnight my package or give me a refund.

Payment issues

I am in the US I have ordered form them in the past it always took several tries for the payment to go through and i would eventually would. I tried to place an order this week and the payment will not go through. I called the bank and verified that nothing was wrong on their end i.e fraud alert or locked card and they came up with nothing. they noted that the charge never made it to the bank at all. that would indicate that their payment processing is not working on their end and there was nothing the bank or me could do. i tried on different devices and different browsers (and everything that come with that). I contacted them and they got back to me within a day. they said they have not gotten any complaints and i just need to try again. i tried again and it gave me the same error that there was a technical problem and to contact the webmaster. I may be the only one having this issue but they never got back to me after i provided the info from the bank. When i was able to order from them it was good but now it seems like are not interested in taking my money. I am just glad that their are other companies that i can order from.

Love it so much I use a lot of zyn and want to order shipments every month, my only concern is that the government in the US made me pay an embargo tax on it for 63 dollers… but everything on your end was amazing

They sent me two-year-old product

They sent me two-year-old product. I contacted customer service and after a few days someone got back to me asking for pictures so I sent them and have yet to hear back. It's supposed to be a mint-flavored nicopod but there is no mint flavor, the "white" pouches look yellowed from oxidation. And it just seems off to try and enjoy a product that you know has been sitting in a warehouse for two years. This was the first and last time I'll be ordering from Snusboss.

Great experience & products (shipping is high-ish)
