Bloody annoying

I ordered this jacket. Two days after I ordered it the tracking announced it was delivered....It was not. I contacted them with very little help. I then received the jacket weeks later. The construction of the jacket was very very poor. It did not fit correctly at all and doesn't even look anything like the pictures on this site. I have asked to return it for a refund and they are playing games with me by first offering me US$7.00 to keep it. After multiple emails they are now up to US$35. This is not the way a reputable company should act. I recommend not buying and don't get taken in by the pictures.

Ordered two shirts - same style - different colours.
They arrived - one was two small and not as advertised.
The other shirt was two sizes two big! Again not as advertised. And completely different from the other one. Both were really badly made and finished. About as stylish as a cowpat.
Sent them back according to their instructions but they are now saying - where did I send them?
Horrible experience. Avoid Snowaker like the plague!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a cardigan/jacket at the beginning of October. It eventually arrived weeks later after I chased them. The garment was not as illustrated - inferior quality and about three sizes too big. Very disappointing. Contacted the company who fobbed us off and made it clear that returns were out of the question. The company is based in China (!) and it would have cost at least £20 to send it back (if it arrived). After weeks of emails they offered a £25 refund and suggested I give the oversized garment to a relative….. unbelievable. I had no choice but to accept this offer. The initial purchase had been about £50. It then took several weeks and numerous emails to get the refund which I discovered had been paid to a German customer!! What I cannot understand is how a company like this can operate without a return policy - surely this is illegal?. just hope other people don’t experience the same problem. Please keep away from this company - it will save a great deal of grief and frustration.

Website easy to navigate

I purchased a jacket from this company and when it arrived it was of inferior quality and the sizing did not match the size guide on the website - it was far too small. Despite having a refund policy, this company was all too willing to argue the toss and was finally only willing to offer a partial refund. I could not in conscience resell this jacket on Ebay so will be donating it to a charity shop. When the partial refund will arrive is anyone's guess. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased a leather jacket from this company in my regular size. When the jacket arrived it was damaged, the quality was inferior, and the size was way too small. I contacted the company intending to return the item. They suggested they would credit me the amount I paid, less 15% (for the postage I would pay to return the item to China). I agreed to that arrangement. However, what they did was to refund only 15% of the total price of $85.00. This is not what I agreed to and when I contacted the company again they were extremely uncooperative. Beware buyers, this is a Chinese company and their business practices are unlike ours as are their sizes.

I wouldn’t give even one star - the jacket I received today is plastic no where near the one that was shown on ad: it’s pockets are torn inside it’s not even worth 5 pounds they charged me 87- all positive reviews are dodgy

Great selection and free shipping is what enticed me to order.

Hope the return process is easy if the jackets are not the right size!

I ordered a jacket on Nov 4th 2023, it is now Nov 29th and no jacket! I’ve sent two emails and their response has been “it’s on the way”. The tracking number leads nowhere and I’m now receiving emails saying I missed the courier and need to pay for a new delivery! The jacket was £75 and I ordered it for a particular event in early December. I’m disappointed and angry and I now realise I’ve got weeks of hassle in front of me to recover the money. DO NOT use this site it’s a scam

Don’t go anywhere near this lot, you’ll just get the runaround for weeks & receive nothing but excuses.

The jacket I got looked nothing like the one advertised. It was cheap material and I wouldn't have worn in for a Halloween outfit. When I complained about this and asked for a refund, they initially said they couldn't see the problem despite the jacket being a different material and missing one stripe on the arm from the original picture - It was supposed to be a leather biker jacket. They tried to get me to keep the jacket and take a small % of a refund which I refused despite them trying to get me to compromise. I got a full refund eventually but had to pay for the postage as they didn't send a return label. MOST WORRINGLY OF ALL - I am now getting contacted by other online scammers from Asia and UK etc which means this website has sent on my contact details to others who are sending me calls, messages and allegedly misplaced packages requesting I pay for postage to return the items. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam and not legitimate. I would inclide photos of my received item if I could.

Their site contains stolen reviews from unrelated products at Amazon. Total scam.

You can check for yourself, just copy a unique phrase from any review on their site, Google that phrase, and see where they stole it from. Unbelievable 🤣
