Product was completely ineffective. I followed their instructions to return the ring to get a refund but have not received it. I believe this money back guarantee is fake. They have you send it to Israel which cost me $20. I sent it to the address they gave me, and now they no longer respond to me. This is nothing but a scam.

Garbage scam. Requested refund and they required me to ship back to Israel which would cost double the cost of the ring. Do not purchase!!

This company is a fraud. They are quick to take your money and send you the product (ring) and stress a money-back guarantee if the product does not work for you. I have sent them three emails with no response. They do not have a telephone number for you to call. But they ask for your telephone number and your information when ordering. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIEVES.. They tell you to of the product does not work, send them an email along with proof of purchase, within 60 days of the purchase.
I sent my request within 30 days. How else would you know it doesn't work if you did not purchase it? I sent them what they requested in order to get a refund, and I have not heard back from them. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! $56.00 per person will make them rich, and the customer is not satisfied. I will be reaching out to Channel 10 news to report them, as well as putting them on the BBB.

Snorno rings are a scam. Do not order one. They claim a money back guarantee, but they will never reply to your requests for a refund when it doesn't work.

I am so disappointed in this company. We bought two rings the end of Jan. They came about two weeks later. My husband’s was fine. I wore mine for two days and two of the magnets fell out. I did email them and they said to send pictures and they would replace mine. However here it is the 22nd of March and they have not followed through. They said they could not find us in their system. They have our name, how much we paid, the day we ordered, and our address which is where they mailed them to us. We actually liked the rings and thought they made some difference in our snoring. They did not stop it but it helped with better sleep. We were very sad they did not send the new ring with all the magnets. I cannot recommend them when they don’t follow through on their promises.

I ordered one night mouth guard and Snorno sent me five ($213.93)! The boxes were unopened, but when I asked to return them and get a refund they said they couldn't do that unless they had been undelievered or the package was damaged. They offered to only give me a 35% ($74.86) refund and said I could keep the mouth guards. Why do I need five of them? Also, there no instructions came with them. I think this company is dishonest. Do not buy from them.

Do whatever you want but don't order from Snorno. Same ring that Snorno sells for 50 Euros, Amazon sells it for 9.99.

I ordered one since March and 7 months later still waiting for delivery.
