They never delivered the paid shipment and customer support says the shipment was rejected even though no notification came to my phone, email or anywhere else. They say they don't want to refund or send a new shipment.

As per others I have tried to contact the company and only getting AI generated replies. I sent photos of the faulty product and they said no to a refund. The product is inferior, is cheap and nasty and not even like the product advertised. I claimed immediately for the 30 day money back guarantee and have been told no by the AI robot. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

On their website it clearly states the item is manufactured in the EU it even highlights this that against other competitors products come from China . I placed an order mainly based on the fact it was manufactured in the EU. Now my order is being shipped it shows it is coming from China so this company obviously is running a scam & false advertising.

Absolutely garbage and scam. Useless product that went right in the trash.
It can’t be fitted properly, because it’s too shallow at the back to fit to your molars and then it won’t stay in place.
And it’s just really flimsy and cheap materials.

Beware, they send you a sub-par chinese product, which is not medically tested or approved. Definitely not worth the money. 30-day money-back guarantee is also a lie. They copied the SnoreRx website, and they have a fake facebook and instagram presence to seem legit, but they are far from being legit.

I should have known this was a scam. To be totally clear I’ve used mouth guards for a while and was looking for a replacement. I was drawn in by facts that it was made in Europe and had a 30 day money back guarantee. They also claim to be FDA cleared. This is all absolute lies and rubbish. It’s made in china and shipped from china. The product is also not the same as the product shown online, it is cheep and not worth the money. I also checked the FDA website and cannot see any reference to the product or the company. Take my advise stay well clear of this company they refuse to give you any money back unless they say it’s totally unopened and you bear the costs of shipping it back to china which as they know isn’t worth while for the customer. This product and the company is a Total scam. Don’t believe the reviews. These reviews are also fake because you can’t leave a review on their website. It’s a classic shopify set up where you buy reviews (probably from a different company or product). If you want a decent mouthguard go to a reputable company in Europe like Somni Shop where their products and guarantees ‘Actually’ stand up. I hope the company stops trading very soon. They should be ashamed to treat customers in this way especially those who buy in good faith.

Acheté après avoir vu la pub sur Faceb**k. Je pensais que ça pourrait aider à traiter mon ronflement. Dans leur pub, ils prétendent que le produit est « made in EU »…eh bien c’est faux. Fabriqué et expédié depuis la Chine…Dongguan pour être précis…merci pour les frais de douane et les taxes. Le produit ne ressemble absolument pas à celui de leur site internet. D’ailleurs, la marque Snorexit n’est inscrite nulle part sur le packaging. Le produit reçu est un produit générique à l’aspect cheap, avec une protubérance sur le devant qui empêche de fermer la bouche quand on le porte la nuit. En gros, arnaque.
