Husband ordered the anti snore device on 19/7 express delivery. No communication confirmation from Snore Doc. Item has not arrived and no response to emails, telephone number is now disconnected and WhatsApp messages ignored, even though their website seems to be very LIVE with offers. He had purchased before about two years ago with no issues but that has changed drastically. Very bad service and now seems to be scamming people as I see others have the same problems too!

On 10th February I received an order confirmation #but no further information about delivery. I have e mailed at least 3 times, left messages on the website & tried phoning countless times. The phone number now seems to have been disconnected - surprise surprise! On no account trust this bunch of cheating, stealing crooks.

I had previously ordered from SnoreDoc in 2024 with no issues, so I felt confident purchasing again recently. In fact, the site was recommended to me by a hospital doctor as recently as 28th December last year, and the product had worked well previously (although I noticed the price has since increased from around £40 to £49).

Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely different.

After placing my order, I received no communication and the item never arrived. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and the contact details on the website appear to no longer be valid.

I also noticed unusual issues on the site, including foreign (Chinese) text appearing on certain pages and broken or missing information. This raises concerns that the website may no longer be operated by the original business and could potentially have been taken over.

I have since had to request a refund through my bank, which was successful.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise not purchasing from this website. The risk of losing your money and not receiving your order is not worth taking. If you have recently purchased, please be advised to file a chargeback immediately after your bank's stated cooling-off period.

My order was confirmed on 10th February & on 17th March I am still waiting for information about dispatch. They've stolen £67.50 of my money for no product. An email enquiry received no response! Caveat emptor!

AVOID! Ordered the device and paid but was never received and they do not respond to messages. Rip off merchants.

I've bought one devices in the past from Snoredoc, and they promptly. However, this time no delivery despite express delivery option, no way to contact them, their number is business account number that is not monitored. They will take your money but not deliver.

I've bought 3 devices in the past from Snoredoc, and they've always been delivered promptly, and responses from emails that have been sent have always been prompt.....until this last order.

Avoid - Scam - paid for 2 devices but didn’t receive anything. No replies to email and the telephone number doesn’t work.
Currently trying to get my money back.

I paid for the item and never received it. Sent multiple emails and tried to call but no response. A scam as far as I can tell. Cleverly setup website which looks genuine . In process of making a claim through my CC company.

Took my money and disappeared so avoid them like the plague?

Takes your money, doesn’t send the goods. Unable to make contact with anyone as none of the contact options work!! Absolute SCAM!!!!

I never received the product and they didn’t respond to my request to send it

The worst company I have dealt with in a while. I bought this product help with with my breathing and snoring. It was very uncomfortable though moulded to their specification. It just didn't work, infact my sleep was worse. According to my sleepApp nothing changed. You have to email them to get a RMA number to return the product. Initial, one of the representative responded with moulding instructions. I told him I would like to return and a refund. All my emails have been ignored since. I am thinking of reporting them to consumers affair.

It's a dreadful device, so big and clunky. No wonder they claim you won't snore as you won't be getting to sleep. Doesn't stay in at night (moulded as well as it could possibly do)

I did a successful mould - I know how to mould these guards as I played rugby for 20 years and mould them for myself and help my own kids mould them.

That’s the only successful thing about this device.

First night I wore it I woke up a few hours after falling asleep choking on the device. My teeth/gums were in pain for about 36 hour after.

Contacted company for a hassle free refund and was sent emails stating I should try remoulding but if I really wanted a refund I should return the device, which I did the same day. Royal Mail proof of delivery 6 days ago and still no refund!!

Feels like an outright scam and I’m ashamed of myself for getting sucked in by it!!

They also scam you with a review email using Trustpilot graphics and logos but if you click a low score they just say thanks for the feedback and your review is not submitted to Trustpilot!!!

The phone number to this company is incorrect.
When you try and phone it, it is to somebody else and obviously the person at the other end of the line is not very happy to receive calls all the time.
As for the product, unfortunately this doesn’t work either. I purchased the first guard and it did work for a couple of nights and then he became loose and started dropping out of my mouth so they sent me a replacement guard and after following the instructions on how to set it all up The glue inside the guard Becomes rigid so you can’t use
However despite all of this there is a guy there called Paul Jones who does a see the emails and to be fair to him he does try so I can’t fault him for that.

The customer service is absolutely appalling. To get your money back is nothing but hassle despite them advertising a hassle free money back guarantee. They state you will get your refund within 1 - 2 days of returning the product but this is a lie, as mine has now been nearly a month. They were very quick to reply to my initial email regarding a refund but once I had sent the product back then the problems started. Despite evidence of the product being delivered back to them they still stated they hadn't received it. I then went though pay pal to get my refund. However, I have still only received some of it and am still battling for the rest of the money to be refunded as I purchased two products from them but they took the money out as two separate transactions, which is very odd.

The product came in, I just couldn't get comfortable with using it so requested for a refund. So much for a no quibble refund, I had constant back and forth emails, with lengthy delays. Suggestions as to how better to use the device with links. Eventually I sent back the item then they asked for proof of dispatch which I didn't have. After weeks of back and forth via email only (as the other forms of contact didn't work) I eventually got a refund. Quite surprised the company still exists IMHO!
