We have two of their mattresses and really like the comfort and quality. The delivery service was excellent too.

I would avoid buying from this company again.
I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company with such appalling customer service and support.
I ordered bed linen ten days ago now. I’ve had nothing from them, and no notifications since the initial order.
I appreciate mattresses and larger items can take longer to dispatch, but surely not bed linen?! That should just go with a regular courier.
I’ve messaged them many times by email asking for an update or for them
to just cancel and refund my order if they cannot deliver. I’ve used their online chat (which no one ever responds to online). There are no telephone numbers, which is suspicious in itself. It almost feels like a scam company.
Save yourself hours of frustration waiting for a response and just don’t order from them.
I will be interested to see if they respond to this review, as they don’t see to respond to any of the other messages I’ve sent. Very negative experience with this company, be warned.

I chose the company for its ethics, Sadly I had 3 attempted deliveries of a mattress - all cancelled by the delivery company. I’m not sure what was going on, but customer service has also been incredibly slow to respond and resolve the problem. I have now requested a refund, but still haven’t seen that yet, going on a month now

Excellent service all round, great products, great delivery and communication

I initially had a lot of communication with the company, which was great. However, after I placed my order for the mattress, all communication stopped. I have not received any updates or emails regarding my order. I noticed a previous comment mentioning some illness within the organization, but I have yet to receive any follow-up or information about my order status. Surely, there must be someone in the company who can provide an update on when I can expect to receive my mattress or at least give me a delivery date. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the high price of the mattress. There should be better communication methods in place. I am very disappointed but still hope to receive the mattress.

I placed my mattress order 10 days ago and haven't heard anything back from them in terms of the delivery date. No response to my emails either. I am very disappointed as I was excited about the product after I read about it. If there was any communication back from then it would've been better experience. It is ridicules that they have such poor customer services considering the price of the mattress.

Still waiting to hear about delivery. The item was in stock but no sign of it. Not happy when emails are ignored.
So then it arrived but was absolutely not as described- supposed to be a latex topper but is a fitted sheet- how on earth does that cost £250????

Really pleased with the mattress. It’s very comfortable and lovely to know it not full of chemicals. Delivery smooth.

I got a mattress topper to soften my hard futon. It didn't do the job in that regard. :( This topper meant to offer support not the softness so I had to buy another thicker soft foam topper and place it underneath. The combination of two worked just perfectly. There's a light "sheep" smell from the topper after almost a month of using it. But that doesn't bother me, it smells natural. I could look for another more suitable option in one topper, but I likes Snoozel one so much, that decided to look for combination and keep this one. The quality is great!

The mattress we purchased from you is the best we have ever owned. It is amazingly comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft, just right.

I bought my amazing chemical-free, organic mattress from Snoozel Green over a year ago, and it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made beautifully firm, supportive, and incredibly comfortable.

More recently, I decided to try their latex pillow. I usually prefer to sleep quite low, almost flat, so I was a bit skeptical at first because this pillow is higher than what I’m used to. But I’m so glad I gave it a go as it’s been an absolutely fantastic addition! I’m sleeping really well and comfortably, and it feels like the perfect complement to my mattress.

Highly recommend both the mattress and the pillow and this company for their ethics: quality, comfort, and peace of mind knowing they’re organic and chemical-free.

I am a returning customer and previously I was very happy with the products and my interaction with the company.

This time I purchased the linen bedding set and raised the issue with the undone stitching on the fitted bedding sheet. I must admit I was disappointed by the company's response. It gave the impression that this level of craftsmanship is considered acceptable, which I found surprising.
Their products are positioned as high-end and come at a premium price, and as such, I had higher expectations in terms of quality and finish. In my opinion, the stitching issue does not reflect the standard I would associate with the brand.

The undone stitching will not impact the usability or performance of the sheet. However, knowing that the quality of stitching is poor did upset me.

Also the fabric was rough when I used the set for the first time after washing it. However, I was advised to use white vinegar in a rinsing cycle . It did make the fabric a bit softer so I hope after a few washes the fabric will be very soft.

Despite the above issues, I support the company's values and would recommend them to anyone who is on a mission to detox your home and life.

Good company to buy from. Excellent products. Good communication. Delivery on time.

I received the mattress a couple of weeks ago. To start with I thought it was rather soft but I’ve found it actually supports your body really well & it’s very comfortable so hopefully that will continue. And it’s lovely to think there are no nasty chemicals in it!

I've ordered my mattresses from Snoozel Green for years. Recently had to move house due to damp so had to replace current mattress. Still love the mattresses, they are comfy and non toxic. Plus they've withstood a small human jumping on them for years without becoming less firm or sagging! I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery company used who were incredibly rude, dragged the mattress along the ground roughly because it was "heavy", chucked it down and left while barely saying 2 words.

Lovely topper. Has completely transformed my bed. I have a slightly too firm latex mattress. Can't recommend this product highly enough.

Fantastic service, and the natural latex pillows I purchased are awesome! Very comfortable
