SnagRx is a scam and fraud. Do not use them. Their website is misleading and they took the full years payment instead of the 69/month payment as shown on their website. Called the 469-459-3732 and to have them refund and cancel the full payment of $828 or atleast changed it to $99/month payment and refund the balance back to my account. The guy tries to convince me to not cancel or a supervisor won't be able to call me back as they don't issue refunds anymore since Aug 28,2026 but only if I'm not medically qualify. I beg with him as they took all the money I had in my account which was there for paying other bills. I explained I can't afford the full yearly $828 and thought they were taking only the $69 per month as advertise on the website. He told me he cancelled it but that was the yearly renewal not the current plan. Even if I cancelled they still wouldn't be able to refund my money. No product has be send, the "provider" hasn't done a medical review so how do you not refund my full money if only the intake form was submitted. I had to call back a second time to have the same person cancel the account as it still said active and in process. He did everything to convince me not to cancel the account and he still stated I probably still won't get a refund. They are scammers and should be investigated. He did everything to try and keep my account active so it can go through the order process and be filled so they would have a reason to keep my money. I told him I don't want their product and won't be using them. He finally cancelled it but as for a refund I don't know. Now I'm trying to figure out how I'm a pay my bills cause I wasn't thinking they would take the yearly amount. I'm screwed. Don't make my mistake run as far away from them as you can. They make it seem like your paying a monthly payment but they will take the full yearly amount.

The Dr is really easy to work with, phone call was very clear. It’s frustrating that I couldn’t call her back after she called me back and left me a voicemail. I couldn’t even leave a message. I do water aerobics every day Monday through Friday so I won’t be by my phone until 11:00 central time, especially not knowing when she will call me back.
