Ian carried out a snagging survey at our new build bungalow today and provided an outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and carried out a thorough inspection of both the internal and external areas of the property. The report he provided was comprehensive and well presented with clear photos and detailed notes of each issue identified. He also included which trade is responsible for the repair making it really easy to follow up with the developer. We were very impressed with Ian‘s attention to detail and the quality of his work we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and professional snagging survey!

Ian came out to our new build property today to complete a snagging report. I contacted him last Friday and got a response straight away and a visit in less than a week. I cannot recommend Ian enough. Ian so professional, knowledgeable and went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything he was explaining and showing us. Some issues were that urgent he contacted the site manager on our behalf and the leak was dealt with straight away. The report and images we’ve received are clear and very professional for us to send on to the builder. We also know what resolutions we need for each issue too.
I cannot thank Ian enough for his time today.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ian is really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and was extremely thorough. He produced a very detailed report including a photograph for each issue, which I sent directly to the builder. All of the detail (supported by references to building regulations) and Ian’s credentials make his reports difficult to ignore! All in all excellent and great value for money. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough.

Had Ian out today I’m totally impressed very thorough well worth his costs he checks everything puts your mind at rest .its good to have someone who has the knowledge and the answers highly recommend when your spending a lot of money you need reassurance,sits you down goes through everything explains why theses snagging needs to be done , therefore builders know exactly what needs to be done for us the purchaser and can’t pull the wool over our eyes .

Good to meet ian, he came in for a comprehensive snag report for my new home. Not only did he find the issues, we spoke about the resolutions so that the builders could carry the work out and I understood why.

Ian completed our snag report along with drone footage which took 7 hours, he was extremely thorough, asked me questions, gave advice and pointed things out to me with explanations. The report was completed and sent the same day, very thorough with photographs and explanation along with recommendations to the builders of our new home. Brilliant service, extremely thorough and knowledgable. Yes it costs money, but I wouldn’t have found some of the snags that he found, and I think in return I will end up getting this money back through things I won’t have to pay out for myself in the future.

Really quick and easy to organise. Ian arrived in good time, did a very thorough review (a good 4 hours) and was very professional.

Report is well laid out with pictures of every issue and a link to the relevant building code if relevant.

If I require snagging services in the future, ian will be the 1st person i call

We received our very thorough report on the same day, including thermal scanning and drone footage. He went out of his way to even label the thermal scan image to its corresponding heating element of the house. I am over the moon with Ian's snagging services and report.
