I have emailed customer service twice and have not received a response, first on January 29 (the date I received my package) then again on February 5. I ordered a large quantity of organic tamari and received it on January 29, 2024. All of it has a best by date of March 2, 2024. Not ideal. Why was this not disclosed on the product page? It would have certainly influenced my purchase. I have purchased this brand of tamari in stores as well as on Vitacost, and the best by date for just purchased bottles is always at least a year out.

February 3rd I received my order and unfortunately more than a few items are missing and a few of those that I received have a 2023 expiration date. I'm ordering online very often but never received an incomplete order and with expired products. I greatly care for the health of my family and receiving expired food products makes me very concerned. I want to be able to continue to order from your company, but I feel something should be done about this order to make my experience right.

The product you sent me was stort dated and expired in less that 2 weeks. Tried to reach customer service for return but got no response. Had to contact my credit card company to issus a charge back

Delivery took too long and damaged product.

Easy to order and coffee received in a good time

You’re asking for my review when you haven’t sent me my order. You don’t return calls like you state, nor do you answer email. But you took my money. That’s my experience.

Excellent prices: chocolate creamer was $2.17 a container, I normally pay $5.98.

It was easy to place the order on the website, and my tea was well packaged and arrived promptly. I was pleased because it also meant that a competitor to Amazon was doing a great job.

Ordered 36 only got 27. They refunded $10 but I think that is still short because units were missing
