HORRIBLE company!!!!!
HORRIBLE company!!!!!! DO NOT order from them. They are CROOKS! I placed an order on April 29th was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. I still have not received it and it is June 4th! I have sent 7 emails as well as left 2 messages. NO response to ANY of them. I am asking them for a refund for the products I never received. Have also left 2 reviews on their website and they disappear. Very interesting! SHADY company BEWARE!!!!!

Zero customer service. They sold me nuts that were past the expire date. I contacted them 3 times. They sent an email saying they would get back to me. never did. Don't buy from this company. They don't back up their products.

No response. Poor service.
All my 11 bags of mochi arrived melted and squished due to improper shipping. They were rubbery and tasted like stale dough.
Customer Service has not responded to my email request for return. I had sent pictures showing the issue immediately upon receipt.
A huge disappointment after a half month waiting for these to arrive. They were the only reason I placed my order with them.
Awful company to buy from.

Got exactly what I asked for.
I wasn't positive I was going to get what I was hoping for. I've ordered things like this before and what I recie ed wasn't whatnI thought it was. It was great to take a chance on site I hadn't used before and got exactly what I wanted. It was for my son who was very happy with it. Thanks a bunch and I plan to order from you again when he starts to run out!

Excellent service and product
The candy arrived in a timely manner. Every one was delighted with the box of hi-chews and asked where I purchased them in that big of quantity. I read a review saying the candy was tough when they received theirs. all 3 of my boxes was fresh. I will definitely be ordering more.
