Scam SCAM. This product is not SmoothTone, it’s EELHOE which is a lot cheaper on on other sites but has very bad reviews. They will not refund me my money and now ignoring my emails.

£29.99 paid to a SCAM company. It’s wrong how they get away with it. False advertising 😡

Wish I could give them a minus star rating. Absolute scam of a company. I never received my order. I sent lots of emails but only got standard template responses back. They allegedly sent me a replacement which I also never got. Ended up just giving up as you get absolutely nowhere with the robotic customer service team!!!! Don’t waste your hard earned cash on this company they’re laughing all the way to the bank whilst you’re out of pocket 😡

Just received product, I'm not going to open it. Tiny little bottle (75ml) advertised as BODY coverage, this size is the size of a face foundation. Body products should be 200ml minimum. Its also a brand called 'eelhoe' not smoothtone. I've now read the reveiws that its not even any good, so will be returning.

Don’t buy this product Absolute rubbish . False advertising . The product I received was EELHOE , just like a white lotion . Wish I’d read these reviews before wasting my money .

I would give a zero if I could. Useless product that does nothing, at very best, if it's even safe to put on your skin. I can't even get a response on how to get a refund on an unopened box. It's clear my refund request emails are not being read. They are a scam company. Customer support is non-existent. You just get a standardised response from a bot.

Having bought this product in good faith and happy that I was buying with confidence in the 30 day "satisfaction guarantee", I was left feeling both disappointed and conned when I received a reply stating that they were unable to refund opened products!!! The product has to be opened to be tried and tested, therefore this company's claim of having a money back guarantee is completely false and misleading. When tried, the product didn't even cover a small bruise I had on my leg, so for people wanting to use this product to mask the appearance of tattoos, birthmarks, albinism, melasma or skin pigment changes from damage, I feel they will be left feeling very disappointed. This company appears to give hope to people through false and/or edited images/reviews and take advantage of their insecurities and vulnerability. Having just looked on TrustPilot, it seems sadly that I am not the only person who fell into this trap.

I just want to warn everyone about a product I recently purchased. It’s a total SCAM! It's nothing like the videos showed. The item arrived in completely different packaging than advertised. When I applied the cream to my scars, it was a milky colour and very thin in consistency. Unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. Honestly, it's been a complete waste of money. Be cautious and do your research before buying!

Had to give 1 star so I could advise people against buying products.

UPDATE....Got full refund from PayPal. Smoothtone!!!! said no refund therefore I escalated case sorted out in a week.

Complete con. They offer full return and then this is what you get from their support team. The product does not cover anything. They are just taking your money and the photos are fake

I would give Zero stars if I could, was sent a rip off product (wish to god I'd read the other reveiws first)

When I complained the customer service team replied saying they had changed the packaging, I told them I had searched the product on line and it was a fraction of the price, tottaly different, far too pale with zero coverage and was not Smoothtone as advertised.
There is no return address, and they are refusing a refund.

Going to go straight to Trading Standards and social media to warn others, as I hope everyone else whos been conned does too.

Do not buy this product it doesn’t work it’s been miss sold waste of money.

I wish I had seen reviews before I placed an order. I trusted the advertising I saw on Instagram. What I received was a tube with a different name on it and when I tried it, it was chalky white, not the golden colour advertised. I contacted them but have been told can’t accept used items for hygienic reasons. I am spitting feathers, they just can’t be right. The advertising stated full 30 day refund next to the item I purchased. What an absolute rip off !

The products sent were not Smoothtone as shown on their website but instead a brand called Eelhoe. They came from China and this is not publicised on their website. The cream provides no coverage at all and dries a white/grey colour. I bought it to cover hyperpigmentation marks after laser treatment on my lower legs on the basis of the review shown on their website, accompanied by photos, of a lady’s legs with exactly the same issue where the cream had provided complete coverage. This company is both misleading and misselling to the consumer. I have contacted them for a full refund but it remains to be seen how they respond.
UPDATE: complete scam, refusing to address misleading and misselling and have refused to issue a refund.

This is a scam, please read the other reviews. and do not buy this product it has no colouring whatsoever.

I only wish I’d have checked out these scammers on Trustpilot before ordering.a dreadful and useless product which possibly has dangerous ingredients. Don’t waste your money!!

If I could give NO star I would. It’s white in colour and on any skin and would not be suitable unless you had the most porcelain of skin there ever could be. There is absolutely no coverage either. DO NOT BUY. I require a refund as product has been midsold.

my experience was same as everyone else’s i paid through paypal and opened a case through them which went in my favour as i had all evidence of how they scammed me so i was refunded i reported them through facebook but the advert has not been removed

This is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY!
I’ll chalk this up to a lesson learned - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Product is chalky and doesn’t cover anything. Product received doesn’t even say SmoothTone on the package as advertised. It says EELHOE. Do not waste your money.
