Edit 10/4: The day after I posted this review, they got in contact with me and said they'd be shipping out my missing items. Changed from 2 star to 4 star.
I only received half of my order. I emailed them on 9/25 and again on 9/29. The website says they will get back to you the next business day, but it's been over a week and have yet to get any type of response.

Defective
My order #56949 arrived on Sept 18th. The battery was defective and did not work at all. I called and emailed customer service to find the procedure for a return. No response from an email. I talked to someone on the phone who said they would mail a replacement and to throw the defective one away. Not a word since and the replacement was not sent.

B2G1 on their little pipes, bought them but the free one never came. Emailed customer service 2 times was assured they would be sending the free one but guess what, 3 weeks later, it never came. Be careful when ordering bogo products, it won’t come.
