Just deposit today and ordered their telegram start mini app bot reffar service and thay take my 3 orders and showed it to complete but i don't get any reffar on my bot account after that i open a ticket for suport and told them and suddenly thay told me that "we don't provide telegram bot servise your money will be refanded.
Well i got my refund back but can't use them for any other oder like there all servises are fack fack fack.

UPDATE (Jan 2026): I’m updating this review to reflect what actually happened. I originally posted negative review this out of frustration when an order went wrong, but the team actually handled the manual review and refunded the $170 within a few hours of the incident back in 2023.
I realized I forgot to update/remove this review after the refund was processed. The support team was fair and did exactly what they promised they would do. My apologies for the late update; they are reliable and stand by their service

If a Telegram channel gets banned while an order is running, the system cannot always cancel it instantly, because delivery depends on real-time platform behavior. In such cases, the order may already be processed on the provider side, which is why it can appear as completed.
