I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic, despite having high expectations initially.
The service was unprofessional, and to make matters worse, they gave me an initial price estimate but ended up charging nearly double once the treatment started.
During my first visit, after examining my teeth, they informed me that I had three teeth with minor surface cavities that needed cleaning and filling. The estimated cost was around 6,400 Kr in total. However, after the first and second sessions, the cost had already reached 5,000 Kr. I decided to stop the treatment because one of my teeth began to hurt severely.
When I contacted them about the pain, they asked me to return to the clinic, where they attempted to fix the issue, but the pain persisted. They told me it might resolve over time.
Around a year and 2 mounth later, I contacted them again to inform them that the tooth was still causing significant discomfort and that I wanted to continue the treatment plan. To my shock, they said I would need to pay an additional 5,000 Kr to repair another tooth and reevaluate the previously treated one, which they had damaged.
To make things worse, the doctor suggested that the problem might be with my gums and recommended a cleaning procedure costing 2,000 Kr. If that didn’t resolve the issue, I was told to simply live with the discomfort.
This entire experience was a waste of money, and now I’m left with a damaged tooth and persistent pain that I have no choice but to endure, as they suggested.
