The app isn't working and can't get hold of anyone via email or phone

Worst cab service, the app accepted my booking only to call me afterwards that they couldn’t because I had to pay cash before boarding the cab, their system was down, I explained my daughter didn’t have cash on her and I could pay once they arrived to my home, the guy on the fun said no my problem I will just cancel it then, be aware out there of the worst customer service ever !

As a young woman of Caribbean heritage, finding an inclusive and affordable service means a lot. Will be sharing with wider network. Thank you Smart Wills

Fantastic service with great staff. Ordered 3 garden chairs, got a text to say they were on the way, then another that they were being delivered. The communication was very very good & fast getting back to me as I had a question. Can't praise them enough. I shall be using them again.

Terrible service, never anyone at customer services available to speak too when you call them for assistance. They state you get 2 'free' changes on will per year, but what they don't tell you is it'll take at least 3 days to do instead of 20mins (which is all it should take!) due to the free change being charged £24.99?? This was my FIRST change since first writing will, once I eventually got through to them they provided a promotion code (but some would pay not realising this...) which isn't explained when starting the contract or in the terms & conditions and also shouldn't be need if it is 'free'. Very dishonest way of trading.

This is the first time i have done one, but thought i better as this virus thing getting a worry, unfortunatly what it didnt tell you in the initial applcation is that 2 people need to witness it, here lies the problem i have no family or anyone close by that can witness it, so that was a waste of £19

Simple and easy to complete. Prompted for details and able to leave app to get information, then return when ready. Had to ring them as I made an error with double payment - were very helpful and prompt correcting for me.

This app makes it really easy to create a will including funeral choices. I was daunted at first but it took about 10 minutes if that. It's pretty competitively priced too.

I hadn’t gotten round to creating a will as it seemed like a huge task to undertake, so I kept putting it off. With three young children, it’s important to me to make sure they are protected if I were to die. Using the app was so easy, simple and quick. My husband and I were able to answer all questions easily and I found the process stress-free, even fun!

The app itself is really easy to use. Once you register you go through a series of questions and choices to create the Will you need. You can create a single Will or a Mirror Will and I found the process simple and stress free. The peace of mind I now have knowing I have something legally binding in place protecting my family is a great feeling. I am waiting to receive my copy of my Will but in the meantime I know they exist and are stored safely as part of the Will writing service. Definitely recommended for those who are 'too busy' to make a will!!

Got to admit, I didn’t realise the importance of having a Will at my age (I’m in my 20’s) until recently, and after creating one on this app it couldn't have been any easier! Very straightforward, quick and everything about Will’s and the different options to add onto your Will is explained on each step of the app! Highly recommend!!

Wish I’d discovered the Smart Will App sooner! What a fantastic idea being able to write your will in less than 10 minutes via the App... saves all the faff going to make appointments at solicitors to do it, an they’re more expensive too! Would definitely recommend.

Great app. My stepdad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He had no will. We used smart will to get one. Easy to use and made easy what is a difficult process.
