Superb Storage Solution & Service
The level of service from first enquiry to the finished product was absolutely superb. On the morning of the fitting, Dragan arrived on time and had everything complete and looking great within a matter of hours. He also ensured the hallway was spotless before he left. Overall, I’m very happy with the final product and so much extra storage space. Highly recommended!

Very happy with our new storage space! Eoin did a great job preparing everything for the space below our stairs. All parts fit impeccably, the drawers and doors function smoothly, and they look great, as if all the planks and drawers were designed for the house.

I was dealing with Mark during booking and was very satisfied with how it went and when it came to the day of installation Dragan came to fit and he did excellent work am very pleased with the result the only downside is they don't take away the any of the old staircase other than that I would recommend them 👍

Smart Storage in Charlottesville…
Smart Storage in Charlottesville VA(Hydraulic Rd) no longer provides a dolly to patrons unless you visit during the day while they have an employee on site. I have been told this is due to them being stolen. This is a major inconvenience and I do not understand how they are unable to view their video cameras to catch those responsible. There are numerous units at this facility and not everyone has the ability to plan to be there during the day when an employee is on site. I signed up for my storage units before they implemented this policy and would never knowingly sign up if I knew this were the case. Shame on the owners who certainly don't mind jacking your rates every 6 months or so

Don't look elsewhere.
Not the cheapest service out there but the service was very good.
The carpenter Patsy was very professional and extremely friendly. He accommodated our requests to keep part of the woodwork previously done to be left intact.
No mess left behind and excellent carpentry; Attention to detail was an important part for us.
Perhaps too early for us to review the quality of the product itself but all looks good so far.

I had my understairs, very untidy and very inaccessible, space transformed by Eoin from Smart Storage.
From my first conversation with Nikki I felt I was in good hands, she called back when she said she would, and was most accommodating when fixing appointments for measuring and fitting.
On the morning Eoin was due he phoned to reconfirm the exact time and arrived as promised. He was very pleasant to deal with and he left the place very clean and tidy when the install was complete.
I worried about where everything I had dragged out from under the stairs was going to fit but with a little bit of decluttering everything now has a place and is in its place.

From useless to useful
They operate on the basis of a fantastic idea with a great product and a great installation experience. Transforming the space under stairs from wasted to incredibly useful at the same time making it really neat and clean. The installer did a great job. He was very courteous and a really neat worker.

The company replied to any queries promptly. On the day installation the fitter Eoin arrived on time, he communicated clearly what he was going to do and how long it would take. I was very happy with the finished product. The storage space created was even more than I hoped. All being well, I will use Smart Storage for another job (if the quote is reasonable).
