Smart Step Mortgage Services are a saviour. Charan provided us brilliant advice throughout our home buying journey and the firms that he referred us to throughout the process have all provided a fantastic service. The referral to Beaumont Legal saved our chain. Charan very kindly and promptly stepped in when our sale was about to fall through because of the slowness of our solicitors. He coordinated with Beaumont Legal on our behalf and accelerated the whole process to the point that our solicitor ended up finishing all the legal work before all the other parties. Really pleased with the help, advice and guidance from Smart Step Mortgage and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is buying / selling.

When all hope was lost after having bad…
When all hope was lost after having bad experience with mortgage brokers and false promises I stumbled across Smart Step.
All I can say is WOW!! this is what you call service and care, I was reassured and taken care of through out the process with proactive communication all they way through, I was being chased to be on top of my requirements rather than the other way round.
Very rarely do I write reviews and only on exceptional service and this is one of those experiences of great service that blew me away.
The One stop shop for everything mortgage related.
