Very Good Quality but Very Late
The quality of the book 8s very good. However it was due Dec 29th & wasn't here by Jan 3rd when I headed on holidays. So only got it Jan 10th & as 4 are presents I now have to post them. I was supposed to hand deliver them as gifts on the 31st and am disappointed that I couldn't.

Would not recommend
Ordered a simple bowl as a small Christmas present on the 9th of December, paid extra for tracking and all that, and unfortunately it did not arrive. When you try to check the "tracking" system on their website, there's no date or time beside any of the updates and the estimated date of delivery is still saying five days ago...despite the fact that that date has passed. Very frustrating. Would no recommend.

Avoid this company
No arrival of item since the 7th of December. Customer service offered a refund or to send a new one out but can't explain where the original item is! Then been told that a refund would take a few weeks to arrive, never heard of one taking that long. I advice people to save there money and give this place a miss.

Order still not received, cannot contact supplier
According to smartphoto my order was despatched on 2nd December, I keep trying to track it and six attempts at re-setting my password have not been successfull as the link never appears. The phone number never works either. I have messaged three times via messenger but have had no reply, so a very difficult company to deal with, still do not know if I will receive my small jigsaw puzzle that i paid £20 for, i wish I had used a local/established photo company now.- an update -
Two more days have passed, no reply from my five messages on messenger, might be wise to avoid this company. Received an email today telling me I must register for updates even though I have -but I just need to reset my password, they stated in capitals that I did NOT have a registered account, I sent them photographic proof that I did, no reply yet. The puzzle arrived today, very nice quality I must say, just a shame that their customer service is so dire.
