At Smart Parts PC, you can skip the impersonal, sales-driven experience of shopping at big box stores or online PC mills. We know what it’s like to order a PC online and how daunting it can be. Finding a reputable company online can be tricky at times, and they do exist, but most do not stand behind their products like we do. We offer industry-leading 5-year parts and labor warranty standard with all Custom Gaming PC’s. There’s no need to pay extra, like with those other guys. Some do not even offer an extended 5-year warranty. One of the difficulties of ordering online is knowing whether you are getting a PC with quality components. In some cases, you’ll be asking yourself, “What parts am I actually getting?” Some system builders will offer a generic part, such as listing a graphics card as an “Nvidia RTX xx90” but not list what brand or model you’re getting. When ordering your PC online with Smart Parts PC, you can take the guesswork out of what parts you’ll be getting in your build. We list specifically the brand and model of all the components we offer so that you know exactly what you’re getting, and only offer high-quality components that have been vetted by our team.

It was easy to order and get things…

It was easy to order and get things going. I chose to pick up which was a breeze and the person at the store asked me if I needed a walkthrough of my PC. I decline but asked if there was anything particular I needed to know. He showed me a s that was that! Super easy, great service, looking forward to using their services in the future for upgrades.

The cost of a new updated system was great! Very reasonable and I got to choose what I wanted.

The cost of a new updated system was close to what the cost was for the 10+year old system it replaced. Smart Parts PC was able to install the SATA drives from the old system moving my data with no issues. And the 10-year warranty is better than HP's.

Really great service and Team

Awesome group of people here. They're very knowledgeable and I appreciate they won't try to oversell you. However, they will just tell you, professionally and kindly, what might work best for you. I've purchased three machines from them and havent had any issues with any of them. I couldnt recommend them more!

This pc company is Tucson's finest

This pc company is Tucson's finest! I would give it six-stars if I could. Customer service is the best I've had yet since living here. Wes was honest and thorough. Even saved me a bit of money by suggesting an alternative. We've been back a couple of times and made them our computer experts. No worries here.
