Total scam they said they sent an etransfer and it was on hold from my bank and they wanted me to cover it and send it back to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY !!!!!!

I signed a loan agreement with them and they asked me to pay for insurance money which I did but never received the loan. And they blocked me on their WhatsApp line and im not getting any response from them. I've sent them 2 or 3 emails querying this.

This company is a scam google them they are not legit and these reviews are prob them doing it

Please do not consider this place for a loan they are loan sharks, if you miss a payment they send people to your house and they have a very aggressive man call you and threatening you over the phone. I have no idea how much I have left to pay on my loan they have refused to tell me, I just want this loan cleared so I can get on with my life I will never use this place again they are dangerous people. Please please please look else where like the credit union or bank do not bring this into your life it will only make your situation worse in the long run I have be dealing with this nearly 5 years for a 2 grand loan which has cost me nearly 4 grand with hidden costs and fees

Received a loan a year and a half ago which was fine and processed pretty quickly, my problem is that they don’t send through any sort of financial statements to outline amount paid vs amount remaining (I thought they did once but cannot find it for the life of me). This has me extremely worried approaching the due date of my loan that payments won’t be stopped organically and may ultimately affect my credit rating going forward.

If I could rate them zero I would. Threatening abusive behaviour and endless phonecalls. They attach hidden fees to payments, staff are rude and clueless. They should not be allowed conduct business and I have no idea how the regulator allows this. For your own sanity avoid this company who also trades as finance for you

I've used SmartLoans in past years and paid my loans in full and often early. I'm working in full time employment and when I apply online and put in all my information and figures the loan gets approved in principle. Soon as I upload all my documents and ID etc and proceed I get an email almost instantly saying the loan is refused without even have had the chance to check or review the documents I sent. The last loan I had with smartloans was paid in full also so there should be no issue. Can you please help me with this problem.

Absolute joke of a company definitely some sort of scam don’t even have a phone number or do they reply to emails website is the worst ever . After you upload everything it’s asking you to upload it again and again . No one even responds back with emails so says it all

Ablsolute shocking service keeps saying approved then getting emails saying denied as soon as you upload everything why ask people to upload everything even tho your loans gonna be denied straight away . Website is desperate aswell keeps glitching probably another scam

please don’t fall into the scam of this website. I paid 321 euro as insurance to get the loan but they asked me to pay 599 before getting the loan again and this is when i realised that this is a scam and im letting people know

my own personal experience of smartloans has been very positive and hassle free,you apply for loan,supply revelate documents you either approved or not, money then transferred into my account. I have just paid off loan with them,over two years,it was taken out every month on date agreed,same amount , no suprises,Reapplied for new loan,to do some house renovations,exact same procedure as last time I was approved,money transferred into my ,account,plain and simple.so good experience all round

Terrible company and a complete SCAM!! They ad unknown fees to your account and don’t respond when catch them out. They also have fake reviews and get their employees to give 5 stars Do not trust any of the good reviews. They charge for everything including statements at different prices and sometimes double for the same statements and still no response when you enquire about them 😂😂

I have tried applying for a loan, uploaded all documents, sent through bank statements and drivers licence as requested. Sent 6 emails since then, no follow up or correspondence or an answer to any of my emails whether or not my loan is approved/declined or if they received my documents

Mabs have been in contact with smartloans on my behalf since June 2023 as my financial situation has changed dramatically since taking out a loan with them but smartloans have continuously refused to negotiate with mabs and keep stating that nothing has changed in my finances so I need to keep paying the full amount and now they are threatening to send people to my house about this if I don’t clear my arrears and refuse to even disclose the name of the company they are threatening to send out so that I can verify the legality of them. Hard to believe a company can still operate this way in 2024.
