This is the second roof that we hired Structur to do for us. Obviously we hired them because the first job was done so well. I can not say enough positive things about these guys. So professional from beginning to end. Hopefully we dont need work on out other properties but when we do we wont be calling around to get bids. Been there, done that and Structur wins hands done.

I cannot say enough good things about Structur Commercial & Industrial Roofing. We have a flat, spray foam roof that we have struggled with leaks for years. We had serval companies out to look at fixing it; Structur was the only company that took the time to locate the source of the leak and gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair the problem not just patch the foam roof, like the other companies wanted to do. Structur was very responsive with getting the work schedule. They discovered additional issues once they remove the old roof, Dave & Declan took the time to explain the problems & offered a solution that would resolve the issues. The cost for the additional work was reasonably and fair, the total job was actually cheaper than what other companies wanted to charge just to patch the roof. Their team did a great job with the installation & cleanup - I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have a roof with a leak that you just can't seem to locate. It is great after 5 years of dealing with this leak to finally have peace of mind every time it rains, I know that we won't have a major cleanup to do. We will definitely call them back for any other areas of our roof when it needs repaired.

Thorough explanations of all of the ins and outs while getting my roof replaced. Without a doubt the most trustworthy and reliable guys in the area.

Be careful on who you use for major roofing Projects. I had several quotes from other companies for a tear off/ replace. We had a lot of issues with the two buildings we needed work on. Structur was the only company who caught what could’ve been some major issues before the job was even started and saved us a ton of money. Declan and Dave also introduced us to a product called Smart Coat. While one of our buildings still needed, torn off and replaced, One of the buildings were able to be smart coated. It saved us even more money, and gave us a 20 year warranty!
Declan and Dave were professional all the way. Their crews did a great job. Very impressed with these guys. I’ll refer them to anybody.
