I have never been made to cry by a so…
I have never been made to cry by a so called professional as I did today I went for an appointment at wallasey dental studio the dentist alan suddiq was so rude I told him About an on going problem with a side tooth that is so sharp he wanted to file it down I asked could it be taken out as there was only half a tooth and it was sore he opened his door and told me to eff off putting it politely and go somewhere else I was in total shock 😲 I havnt stopped crying just because it came out of the blue for absaloutly no reason at all I have contacted the NHS who sent me to this private dentist and also the manager who was totally disgusted I will be taking it further again as I walked out of the room the people who where in the waiting room heard everything and where gobsmacked i dnt know where he went just left me on the chair mortified is an understatement can you imagine going to ur gp telling him your ailments and him telling you to EFF OFF "no i carnt neither i will be taking this further i was told by reception she wasnt going to ask him to apologise because it will make him angry how rude is this guy 😢

Only positive things to say
I went to see a hygienist recently after a good few years of not going to the dentist due to personal reasons/medical reasons. I was nervous. I was seen by Binod. He was a lovely man and made sure I was comfortable and was looked after me during my scale and polish. It made my nerves ease and he took the time to show person centred care during this appointment. I left feeling good and happy with the work carried out on my teeth. I've booked back in to go again. Also his assistant Alicia was nice too. Thank you.

From arrival through to leaving everyone was friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time. The dentist explained why I should consider seeing a hygienist but there was no pressure to do so.

Nothing but good things to say so far.I struggled to find a dentist after my previous dentist stopped treatment for NHS patients and was able to register with Smart dental care under the smart plan.I was worried about the cost but the cost difference has been minimal.Able to book appointments months in advance and text reminders sent so you don’t forget.All the staff here are really friendly/ helpful.

Satisfied patient… though kept waiting out in the rain.
I was telephoned the day before to remind me of the 2:00 appointment. I arrived and the door was locked. Three other patients arrived all with 2:00 appointments and we stood in the wind and rain. We were let in without any greeting or apology around 2:05.
I wasn’t called for a number of minutes, but the young man who invited me in was pleasant and well mannered. I do like my dentist and he looks after me well and assured me all is well. We discussed future treatment and timescale. All good
