SCR (Smart Connect Research) Bewertungen 

I took part in a research interview through Smart Research Connect in July. To be fair, the interview itself was very well organized: scheduling was easy, the moderator was professional, and the session went smoothly.

The problem came afterward. I was promised an incentive for participating, but two and a half months later I still haven't been paid. I've followed up several times by email and haven't received any reply, not even an acknowledgment or an estimated payment date.

A good interview experience doesn't mean much if participants aren't compensated or can't reach anyone afterward. I'd hold off on participating until they address these payment and communication issues. If the company responds and resolves this, I'll gladly update my review.

I have worked with Smart Connect Research on several expert research projects and have generally had a very positive experience.

The recruitment and onboarding process has been professional and straightforward, and the team has consistently communicated with me clearly regarding project requirements, scheduling, and participation. I have also found the research consultations themselves to be well organized and professionally conducted.

With regard to payment, I did experience a significant delay on my most recent project, which required several follow-ups before the payment was ultimately processed. The payment was eventually completed successfully, and the team remained responsive to my enquiries throughout the process.

Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to work with Smart Connect Research and would be happy to consider future research opportunities with them.
