From my first telephone inquiry I have been impressed with how we have been listened to followed by professional, prompt action to diagnose the problem.
The report on our drainage system was thorough and we are now looking forward to the remedial work being done as recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Nigel at Smart Drainage on a pre-purchase drainage survey on a house we were looking to buy. He went above and beyond after spotting some non-compliance and poor quality workmanship, and ultimately saved us what could have been a huge financial shock if we had proceeded with the purchase unknowingly.

We used this company to get a septic tank survey so that we could inform the buyers of our house of the tanks condition. All this company want to do is sell you new products, which clearly we did not want as we were selling our house. They decided to engage in conversation with our buyers without our knowledge after we sent our report, minus the quotes for buying what they decided we needed to our buyers. Our buyers told us this. Luckily our buyers were sensible and commissioned their own survey and bought our house. We could never recommend this company as they were very defensive of their actions and motives when challenged.
