Smarcomms has been exceptional in managing my social media. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly understands how to position content effectively. Since working with them, my online presence has become more consistent and strategic. I highly recommend Smarcomms to anyone looking for reliable and results-driven social media management.

The team does not communicate with one another. Whoever is your rep really speaks volumes. My rep, I didn’t connect with on our initial intro call (she had a permanent smile and it looked like she was reading a script), so I asked for another rep only to find out that she was the client experience manager. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and spoke to her on our launch call. She seemed like she understood everything. She promised to have the work done in 7 days and communicate it effectively with the creative team. On the 8th day, it was clear she did not communicate anything to them. As all the work was done based on the information they had me fill out on our services instead of the changes we made on our launch call. They she took that and said she’d be back in 48 hours, I had to case her down. The work down was so wrong. Videos and stock photos did not match what our campaign was about. She apologized profusely and said she’d be back in another 48 hours and then ghosted me for 5 days after I sent her a few emails asking for follow ups. I had to ask about my account through a live chat. Them she asked for another 48 hours for have the work completed! I asked for a refund which she had no qualms giving right away but little do they understand that my business marketing has been put on hold due to her lack of being accountable and responsible of the timeline and deadlines she gave me. Being almost 15 days late with the work that promised me 7 days for review and then having the audacity to ask me for another two days?! All the while my business of waiting on their work to be launched for 20 days as opposed to 7 days was not my idea of working with a credible company. If I can I would give -10 out of 5 stars. If you want professional work done and a marketing company you can rely on go elsewhere. It’s clearly runner by Gen Z kids who doesn’t give a crap about your business as long as they get their paycheques.

This service has saved me hours of time a week and kept my socials regular and relevant. Highly recommend!

They are the best content providers for your money. They are intuitive, professional, and creative. Their content is of high quality and they create stunning graphics. Leaving the posting in their hands makes life easier.

I initially signed up and didn't like the posts at all. I worked with the customer service and they switched me to a new designer easily. The new designer was perfect and her name is Bea. I fully recommend Bea at Smarcomms — a great designer. I was also on the fence about ordering a video subscription and they showed me a customized sample video for my brand, which was helpful to make my decision.

Smarcomm has been incredibly easy to work with and very simple to connect with whenever needed. I’ve been receiving excellent, professional support from Michelle Morrison, who has been a pleasure to work with.

This 5 star review is for Anne and Bruce from the Social Media Content creation team, not sure if they're just the account managers or actual graphic designer and video editor but I have been working with the team for 3 months now and they have gone above and beyond from my expectations and I'm a content creator myself. I did want to avoid cookie cutter agencies that just copy and paste your business info on Canva graphics or some other AI generated content maker and Smarcomms doesn't deliver those cookie cutter graphics, they actually get creative, original, and take feedback really well and make revisions to fit my vision. I greatly appreciate them for their hard work, patience with my notes, and highly recommend their content creation services. Maybe I've also gotten lucky with the team my business was placed with as I've read other not so similar stories to mine.

And to be transparent, I have also tried out their Instagram growth and FB Ad manager - for these services I would give 3 star and 1 star respectively. The IG Growth service gets some job done but I believe they just go into your profile and automatically follow any profiles suggested so some of them will follow back hence the growth and I wished their growth strategy was more for the business geographic location so we can get locals and those clientele instead of my family members and other dead profiles that is on the other side of the world. Don't see any point to hurting my business visibility growing with accounts that don't care to engage with our content. And then FB AD management would falsely report numbers, with 95 percent of the "leads" being spam bots and no true leads came out of my one month of leads (19 spam accounts, 1 real person who said they never signed up on the form) so it may be that Facebook itself is now filled with spam attacking those ads but didn't get any real feedback or change in ad strategy from their manager so i just cancelled and sadly wasted that money.

But back to the social media creation team, Yes! Recommend 5 Star Anne and Bruce for their graphics, carousels, and video post services!

Avoid unless you want cookie cutter content poorly designed and with little input or creativity. Simple things like not using the company logo just randomly adding their own version of the logo, videos that were verging on embarrassing and social media posts that were repetitive with little imagination. Cancelled half way into month 2.

I’ve been working with Smarcomms for about a month now and I think their content is great. We made a couple of tweaks just based on what I prefer the feel of my company’s message to be but they quickly made the changes. I started on a smaller package but plan to upgrade soon. Great experience so far! Great and responsive customer services.
