Recently used Small Aromas as I’m a fragrance enthusiast/collector.
Have to say I am very impressed and pleased by their service.
Their website is excellent and they offer fragrances others don’t in the Niche category. Items and postage were excellent also and the packing was immaculate.
The little touches make all the difference.
Would highly recommend and will be using again.

I loved the packaging, very thoughtful and good attention to detail. Sample atomisers are also very nice.

2nd time ordering here, samples are great, delivery is quick and your order comes with a little sweet and handwritten note which makes you smile! Will order from here again :)

I ordered two samples from this company expecting them to just arrived bubble wrapped with my invoice- no no, I received a hand written thank you, the items beautifully packaged in tissue, elegant stickers, packing tissue and a sweet treat! I genuinely smiled when I received it! Top marks all around for price, delivery and customer service as well!

I ordered a Cartier sample, which arrived very promptly if I remember correctly.
First of all, it came in a fun silver envelope which felt special but was bubble-wrapped so protective. Then it was meticulously wrapped in tissue paper in a personally addressed envelope with a cute sticker.
The receipt was professional and made me have confidence in the brand.
The sweet thank-you business card with handwriting was lovely.
The sample itself had a pretty sticker on it and also felt professional.
So I was really impressed with the service here.

Have always brought from Small Aromas for a while now. Just got my order, and even though I haven't tested out these new scents, I just adore the small business and the thoughts that really go into their packaging and care. Always love exploring new scents here as I'm extremely picky before I purchase the full bottle.

I love the way you can either spray or easily unscrew and dab the perfume on instead, it's the wee touches like this that make things special.

I never left a comment to a fragrance sample company , but small aromas exceeded my expectations, the packaging is just amazing with a little sweet and a hand written card, they are great , and the 5ml sample is glass which is very classy with the printed name of the perfume, it was an amazing experience and will definitely buy from them again

It's been a while since my last review.

I was on the quest of getting many samples for a relative of mine. The list was quite extensive and I ordered too many samples. Due to some restrictions from smallaroma's carrier, the purchase couldn't go through. They sent me an email the same day (weekend) and after few mails back and forth they solved it for me. I couldn't have done it in a different way. That is what's interesting about "Smallaromas": they care about Customer Service. I can only recommend and thank them for their help. I am very pleased that some companies still believe in a good Customer Service and are open minded when it's needed.

If you've seen some of my reviews, you'll see that I am totally unbiased and express myself when something hasn't been dealt with properly. I don't care about meaningless companies and tight ones (no matter how big they are or think they are). At the end of the day, we all work hard to get some money. When you spend it and problems arise, some companies are not up to face them and brush you off straight away. What does a refund do to somebody who doesn't have time? We want what we purchased and if a product doesn't come or there's an issue with their carrier, who's at fault? That's when customer service comes in. Both customer and company have to agree in a solution that's good enough for both of them. Smallaroma offered a solution that worked perfectly for me. Not only they solved it quickly but I receive the samples few days later. Now I have peace of mind for when I see my relative. That's priceless, don't you think?

This is hands down the best company for perfume samples in the UK. They have a massive range, and best prices, and top quality decant bottles too. Theres also lots of care taken in the packaging.

I bought a few perfume samples, they came really well packaged, a cute personalised handwritten note and a sweet. The samples are affordable and sprays are clearly labelled. Delivery was great too. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a brilliant service! Great communications and very quick to resolve issues and post out. I ordered 2 fragrances separately and wanted to combine postage retrospectively. They emailed late that night with a code for free shipping so that I didn’t pay double postage. The fragrances came in lovely glass bottles, clearly labelled and beautifully wrapped with a Werthers original thrown in! Nice touch. The fragrances I ordered are very expensive full size so I really wanted to be sure by wearing it for at least a week. Thanks again, will definitely order more.
