After reviewing the situation, it appears that there are multiple cards added to the account, and at least one of them has not yet been verified. Please note that for security and regulatory reasons, every card used to make a deposit must be verified before withdrawals can be processed. This is a standard procedure and in accordance to our policies.
As several cards were added to the account, each one requires verification. Once all cards used for deposits are verified, the account restrictions can be removed and withdrawals can be processed normally.
To avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend continuing to deposit and withdraw using the same verified cards and avoiding adding new cards to the account, as each new card will require verification again.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding these necessary security measures.
