Dr. Hitchcock was friendly, attentive and courteous. I didn’t have a ton of questions, but he answered the few I did have. The session didn’t feel rushed. I really liked having an intake interview with an actual physician. A computer glitch on Dr. Hitchcock’s end resulted in finishing via phone. All good. Very pleased with this process.

Awesome experience today with Dr. Kyle English. Patient, caring, kind, knowledgeable and professional …what more can you ask for? He made me feel very comfortable and made the whole process feel like a non event. Usually “you get what you pay for” holds true… not in this case. Even though they are the lowest cost provider, the quality of service and responsiveness from the founder and CEO Dr. Brokish on Reddit, to the intake process with Jose and finally to the appt with Dr. English, everything was 5 star! Other providers like "Orderly" can take a page out of their customer service book. So impressed, I am signing up my mom for a consult and will also be send other friends their way. Now let’s hope their meds are just as great and effective!

Very nice video appointment with Dr. Hitchcock. He was informative and calm not rushed at all. It was very professional and he had an excellent demeanor. He had all pricing and dosing specifics and extensive knowledge of the pharmacy they use. It was well worth the time. SlimDownRX is on top of all things telehealth. I had been taking the brand Mounjaro for several months, but my insurance didn't cover it and the shortage made it impossible to find.
