Good service, annoyed we just missed out on the 30% off by only a few hours

Hello to the team at SLM
Thank you for answering all my questions and emails as i am not on facebook.
I started two weeks ago weighing 60.5 kilos and i am down to57.4kilos today.
I struggled on day 3 and 4 but stuck to the plan with lots of fluids. The end goal is to fit into a dress for our daughter's wedding in January. I was under the impression that that i ate a healthy diet but i now realise that too many unhealthy snacks have helped with the belly fat. I am blaming covid for this...just joking. I am responsible for what I eat. i will keep you posted on my progress. Just wanted to mention that i found out about SLM through my optometrist Bernie McGrane and Nicola Gray who works for him.

So quick with delivery and get you started straight away.

Right from the program I wanted to start out and set myself up right. I booked a phone call and spoke with Chelsea who advised me what programs were best and what was inured in them, she then emailed me the links of what to purchase.
1 was the patches detox cleanse to which I have checked now 28th of November and still has Formula Z included in the program.
I also brought the craveless spray.
Upon receiving the order no craveless spray and no formula z.
I was told formula z was not included in the program and that the cravelss spray was sent.
I had to prove that on all their websites and social media platforms the program I ordered included the formula z and that no craveless spray was also sent.
I was told there was a mistake made on the website and social media platforms and formula z should not be included.
I had to fight for it and also the craveless spray that did not arrive.
It comes down to customer service and being there for your customers. If your sites are not showing the correct things then this is not the customer's fault.
Now the program does work however the patches only last about 3 days, I'm covered in extra bandaids tape etc I have brought and cannot shower properly as they just slide off.
I also referred a friend to the program and the link does not work and they were told it should be working only to come back and be told that it won't work while any other codes are available eg: Black30 when originally told it should of been automatically applied.
Not only are your customers word of mouth your marketing your not honouring what you promote.
Customer service needs to be improved.
Facebook group also needs to be improved. Many questions are answered as best as other customers can not the employees.
Sorry great product but very poor customer service.

When I realised I had ordered the wrong package, I went to the chat area and it was sorted out for me straight away. Awesome service thank you.

I’m very impressed with the detox. It works! And is simple to navigate for the most part. I found that the booklet that came with the patches was limited at best to provide the right guidance as a stand alone resource. As it is the primary resource for the detox it needs to answer all the questions that many rely on the Facebook page to. The Facebook page shouldn’t be the go-to except in the event of support, I think. So that was frustrating. That even tough I’d purchased the patches after the unlimited lettuce, onion and cucumber announcement, I didn’t know until I stumbled upon it in the Facebook group. And whilst I respect that new booklets hadn’t been printed, I would have appreciated even an additional note in my pack telling me of this. In addition, the patches started off really sticky and were great at holding. But I got a whole detox pack where the patches didn’t last the first day and I had to keep them on with bandaids. Not a great look when you are spending so much on a system. And the only recourse here, was for me to send them back and wait for more. With postage the way it’s been, and being in the middle of my detox, this was a flimsy option at best. A little disappointing. But I’ve lost 25kgs and feel great. So I’m grateful for this program

I’m sorry about the 1 star rating which is purely directed at AusPost. I just received my order on Saturday 13/11 and order was placed on 1/11. I have started my 30 day program today. I’m happy to offer feedback once finished.

What a fabulous program! Whilst the nutritional intake is common sense, it's the drops that have made such a massive difference. Despite reducing my food intake, I don't feel hungry, I don't have cravings, and I'm feeling great.
I was hesitant about starting as I thought I wouldn't be able to 'go without', but it hasn't even been an issue and after almost 3 weeks and 7 kilos lighter already, I am so happy I made the investment into my health and wellbeing.

This did not last on my skin for more than 3 days, Not pleased, even though I lost only 1-1kg from in 12 days, its more from the diet so ultimately we pay the money to get a diet plan..

The process was easy and super fast. I ordered on a Saturday, my package arrive on Wednesday. So, I could start my detox the week after I ordered, which is great. I was informed of every step and when my package was on the way. Thanks

The patches doesn’t stick to the body I had to tape it down which was uncomfortable

I know it’s only a trial pack- but I’ve received no information on how to use them and the sheet of stickers / packet was basically just thrown in an envelope.
I was genuinely interested in purchasing the full packs but won’t be after this. Seems cheap and a waste of money.

Love this product. I find it so easy to use. Will continue to have this in my tool kit forever! Feel like Ive stumbled across the biggest secret!
