Best help i ever got for my chronic insomnia
I honestly don't know where to begin. I am 37 years old.
I've had chronic insomnia due to PTSD since 2018.
I tried every possible treatment for my condition (both in Berlin & in Israel), tried every single midicine, sleeping pills, what not !
Doctors were telling me "just learn how to live without sleep". I was furious & helpless.
I thaught my life was over.
I came across Michael's one-on-one insomnia-coaching through a facebook group.
After having one zoom meeting with Michael, i was super sceptical, and told him that.
He told me that he only treats people he think he can help inprove their condition.
While stil being sceptical (i thaught - well, i have nothing to lose), we started our sessions togather. Michael created a sleep protocol for me, taught me many different relaxation technics & other technics from NLP, CBT, etc..
I will not lie, i had to work hard and commit to a new daily routine and to the process. though it was (and still is) hard.
But Michael's beliefe & trust in me - made me believe i can do it.
I was literaly fighting for my life, sticking to the new daily protocol.
After 5-6 months of weekly sessiones, commiting to the protocol & to Michael's ideas & advice - my condition improved drasticaly !
I became from sleeping maybe 5 hours per week - to sleeping almost every single night of the week - for 3-5 hours per night !
I couldn't (and still can't) believe it !
I am still on medications to help me sleep - but a much lower dosage. And - i actually sleep!
And i know my condition will continue improving.
The technics Michael taught me, and me doing them almost every single day - saved my life.
