Poor communication/disappointing productn delivery
Poor communication on delivery, and time ad product a disappointment. Shower steamers-they barely release any aroma, far from the description!

Domed eyemasks are wonderful
Products I ordered arrived prompt and well packaged. My masks are so comfortable and good quality. They are lovely. The dome shape protects my eyelashes and is so comfortable to sleep in.

I had my first SMUG sleep mask as a gift several years ago and it is wearing out so I decided to purchase another as they are so good. I can’t fault the ordering system and the mask arrived ed in super quick time. I would certainly recommend the product and the website.
