The tracking worked very well, the two men could not have been nicer. They communicated well, did a quick and professional job, also cleaned up after themselves 10/10

I bought 2 king single and one queen bed - all Calypso in Nutmeg. Two Dreamsuite Aero mattresses … extremely comfortable. Two bedside tables - Calypso 2 drawer and 2 mattress protectors. This was my fierst time purchasing from Sleeping Giant and I found them very professional and helpful. Everything was exactly as expected l. Beds easy to assemble and very good quality. I would have no problem purchasing again from Sleeping Giant … very happy with quality and customer service

Terrible. Kenneth and Fayth (overseas call centre) said one thing on the phone and another in email. Will never use sleeping giant online ordering again. The lady in the store (Leanne from Tuggerah) is trying to fix the problem caused by the 2 staff I dealt with through the online site (again they were overseas callcentres. So dissatisfied with the purchase online.
Leanne on the other hand was amazing so never purchase online as you have to deal with overseas call centres who know nothing.

John the salesman struck the perfect balance, welcoming without being pushy, and clearly knowledgeable about the products. He knew exactly what to suggest for my needs, and thanks to his advice, I ended up spending more than planned. No regrets, though! My bed arrives on 02/09/2026, and so far the service at Sleeping Giant has been fantastic.

Turned up with damaged goods and missing parts. Everything was moved in the room and the two guys took off as quick as they had the signature. Not put together as we paid for. Now I have to put in a warranty report to chase it up. Two guys here said they would sort everything out and I would receive a call in an hour. Didn’t happen. Still waiting.

Really disappointing experience.

We were initially delivered the wrong bed, which had to be resolved before we could even begin assembly. Once the correct bed arrived, the instructions were incorrect. The “updated” instructions I was then sent were also incorrect, followed by a photo that contradicted the diagram.

We eventually worked it out ourselves, but the whole process was unnecessarily difficult and the customer service throughout was poor and dismissive.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

They guys were absolutely fantastic so professional and friendly. They assembled our bed in 10 minutes worked so hard and were fantastic we can not recommend them enough! They removed all of the rubbish and we were so happy with the service. We never leave reviews for anyone but these guys deserve the full 5 stars!!

Great experience with both buying and delivery. Joe was amazing and helped me out genuinely picking the right mattress for my parents with back issues.
Customer service was quick to respond on the day of delivery when there was no update. The delivery truck had an issue entering my building because of the height so they had to park a bit far off but made sure that the delivery was done to the apartment even though they had to carry the mattress quite a fair distance.

From the date of purchase to the delivery (today). The whole experience and the team have been fantastic. I would highly recommend Sleeping Giant for you bedding purchases

The two individuals who delivered my order today did not meet my expectations. They used a small furniture dolly, which appeared to be quite tiny, to transport six bed boxes. When a couple of boxes fell while being moved up two steps, I expressed my concern and asked them to be careful. One of the individuals responded with an attitude, suggesting I should call if there were any issues with breakage. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and indicative of a lack of care in handling the items. I sincerely hope that nothing is damaged, and I will be able to confirm this once the boxes are opened for assembly this evening.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the bed frame and the way my concerns were handled.

After purchasing the bed, I discovered issues with quality of the bed frame. I provided photographs and detailed information to the retailer and asked them to properly investigate the matter.

They did not accept that there was a problem with the bed frame, despite the concerns and evidence I provided. I will contact fair trading to investigate the issue.

Margaret was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. To top it off, she gave me a fantastic deal!The excellent service didn't stop at the showroom. Delivery was remarkably quick, highly efficient, and completely hassle-free. If you want top-tier customer service and great value, I cannot recommend Margaret and the Tuggerah team highly enough!
