Best price, best service/customer support

Despite returning goods at my cost they failed to resolve credits and simply decided to ignore my emails.
We also bought 320mm inspection chamber bases and together with risers that didn't fit. Our problem being, we'd installed a complete drainage run, bedding & haunching the bases/pipes before we needed to fit the risers - to discover they weren't compatible.
We advised our contact, Molly, of the problem to be told they were looking into it - but obviously did nothing and gave no explanation or resolution.
Very disappointed with their lack of service and integrity as a supplier - we wouldn't survive as a business if we treated our Customers like this

Quick service and great prices

Good communications through, good value and delivered on time.

I've used Sky Plastics for a few years.

Prices are competitive and delivery usually takes a few days after order.

Prompt delivery and all the parts were of good quality.

Easy to order and everything turned up on time. Would use again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who talked me through my order to make sure that I had everything my builder had asked me to buy. The order arrived a few days later, communication about this was great. The price was also very competitive, our builder was impressed with the quality of the goods and the price that we paid. Thank you so much!

The sky plastic is the best company I found in the www for my needs to install soak away crates, pipes and fittings for approximately 17 meters from point a to b. The service I received from Molly who responded to the email communication was both warm, knowledgeable and professional. Above and beyond. So if you have project that requires materials, this is where I will return!

Easy to order, good prices …easy to communicate…perfect delivery…..would certainly order from them again .

I ordered the water pipes yesterday and took delivery a day later. The price was very reasonable and their service was 100%. The delivery address is difficult to find and I was able to guide the friendly delivery driver to the exact spot the pipes are needed for our project.

Excellent support trying to ensure my delivery arrived on time and infact it arrived before it was expected. Excellent customer service and good products!
