DO NOT GET A SIM CONTRACT WITH SKY
I recently fell victim to severe harassment and asked for sky to change my number. They have a silly policy which means customers must have the sim contract bought out and given a new one. They basically said we don't care your a victim if you want to change your number you have to pay £3 extra a month to keep the same plan. What a scam! what an immoral company to increase monthly charges for victims wanting a new number!!!!

I have been with Skymobile for almost 4…
I have been with Skymobile for almost 4 years- in April 2 payments were taken out of my account for the service. I did not notice until in May I received texts and emails everyday telling me my CC was no good- to find out they had maxed out my CC by taking out 8 payments total for April/May. Once that card was cancelled they attacked a second card charging another 23 payments for the month of May and June. Now I have no Service and I am out close to 5K. Beware!
As of today 7/9/2024 no help from the Credit card companies. Their resolution is for me to contact the merchant. Impossible- goes to show you everyone is out for the $$$$.
Fraudulent Charges
Had an account with them 2 years ago. They just repeatedly charged my bank account for 3600.00 and left me with nothing. Csnt pay rent, buy gas.. Nothing! Phone number is disconnected and emails go unanswered. Hopefully my bank can help me, otherwise I'm done. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go throw up now.

No stars - fraudulently charging my card from an account I closed over a year ago. said it was for a monthly subscription but charged 3 times. Will not answer communications. I hear they were hacked. I hope they like chargeback fees.

I have rated SKY mobile as 1 Star as it is not possible to reset them lower. I ordered an iphone15 and SIM card. They promptly arrived. The phone would not connect to the SIM card rendering the device useless. I contacted Technical Support who assured me they the Phone needed to be returned as it was faulty. I returned the phone and received another brand new Phone. It still didn’t work. The problem is not the phone but the SIM card, said Techincal Services. Please wait 48 hrs. 48hrs later I rang back. Please wait another 28hrs as there has been a problem with porting your number. 48hrs late it was still not working. I can assure you it is a network problem said the very helpful lady in Techical Support. I will resolve it in 1 minute for you. But I will need to connect you to another Department. The phone was answered by a lovely lady in the cancellations Department.
I am now it the process of cancelling my contract but, as I want to keep my number which I have always had they can only send a PAC Code to my mobile phone number.

I could not rate them lower, so 1 is the best I can do. Me and my wife have been sky customers for years with TV etc, phones and iPads, to get a mobile for my son I ordered a mobile phone in my name. On arrival the box contained only the SIM card and a Samsung charge lead, I had ordered an iPhone. After a month of skys ‘investigations’ they are now saying I am libel for a contract for a phone that never arrived for 3 years. Sky, if these problems occur look a little closer to home, not your customer, a disgusting company we will be cutting all ties with, totally immoral, do not use them.
Find another company
I used the mobile hot spot roughly 3 yrs back- worked for 5 days and stopped- just was able to get a response to send the equipment back with in the 14 days trial- they did give me a refund- issue is every since then 2-4 time a yr i receive a charge ranging from $14.99-$300 to my account- when i get back in touch with sky mobile - its there sorry an error on their part and i get a refund- errors keep happing way to much and what about someone that doesnt keep a close eye on their account or doest have the funds to cover $600-$800 being taken out of their account and not refunded for 30-45 days- just wanted to let people know

We have had similar issues with billing, being charged 5 and 6 times A DAY! My husband had to cancel his debit card so as not to drain our bank account, and sent numerous emails without response, except for the auto generated “we need a current card number, or we will cancel your account” We have filed a complaint with our bank and plan to pursue this matter with Government Agencies soon. STAY AWAY FROM SKYMOBILE!!!!

I don’t want to leave 1 star as SkyMobile LLC does not deserve it. We canceled our service in November 2023. Yesterday, June 14, 2024 they charged my wife’s debit card 8 times. 7 of those 8 were successfully debited from our account putting us in the negative. Each charge was for $149.99! Today June 15, 2024 they tried to charge her card again! The card was canceled yesterday with the bank and the fraud department is handling the situation now. Thank goodness we saved all of the cancelation emails and text messages from SkyMobile LLC from November 2023 to show my bank proof that service was canceled. How on this green earth can this company keep getting away with charging people multiple times after canceling services months later?! This company should be shut down! Not only did I file with my bank, I also filed with the BBB and will be filing with my State Attorneys Office and the FBI as this is cross state lines fraud!

Do not switch to Sky Mobile. Phone calls were down for 2 weeks, 4G hasnt worked correctly for 2 years. Shocking company

got a new contract. Faulty phone delivered. my old number which was supposed to be transfered over stopped working, despite me still paying for it with the other provider.
Around a day of calling sky mobile (no exaggeration) then ensues.
Sky advised that the only way to resolve this quickly was to take out a second contract, send the old phone back and they would cancel the first contract after inspecting the faulty phone...
So, i'm now on the hook for two mobile phone contracts, and I don't have a phone which works.
i'm now waiting for the new phone, and DPD have just registered that they can't find my address, despite having delivered here about 500 times. I went to my neighbours to phone DPD who advised that there was nothing they could do..so now I just have to wait.
No point in phoning sky. They'll just tell me I have to take out a 3rd mobile phone contract.
Their customer service is so bad. I'm really not exagerrating when I say how much time i've spent on the phone. Different advisors give conflicting advice, you get hung up on as soon as it's apparent that your case is difficult. Everyone tells you they are sorry, but no one does anything.
To sky - i've recorded all my calls with you and DPD. I will be taking this further.

I have used their service since May 2021 with only 2 connection issues. Like everyone else, I have been billed multiple times over the last 3 months. 26 times total. I have had no service since June 4, 2024. I have emailed numerous times to all 3 of their emails, I tried doing a live chat, I've posted on their Facebook page and DMed them as well, but not 1 response. On my credit cards transaction page it showed and 800# which I attempted to call but all I got was a busy tone before it disconnected itself.

Worst company ever. I haven't had their service in a couple years and they keep taking money out and won't answer me via email. They sure can email me saying my payment won't go through after I cancelled my card
Great service until now; HUGE billing issues with no response
Like others I’ve had great service for years. I’ve been billed $149.99 over 60 times in the past month, up to 8 times in one day. No response to texts or emails. No telephone # to call. I’m on the phone with my credit card provider everyday to dispute the charges.
