Dylan and his team were conscientious and professional from start to finish. The job was to replace seven 30yr old Velux windows with new ones and included the need for internal scaffolding. All windows were successfully changed in 3 days with minimal disruption and all mess cleared up. Happy to recommend.
Great communication and excellent service. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. Can't fault the workmanship - would highly recommend.
From ensuring fitting would be manageable to the end of the work, I could not fault Skylights UK. They fitted 3 velux in well under a day and navigated quite a few children at the same time. They were friendly, clean and super organised. Thank you!
We had a problem with a broken controller for Velux skylights and a blind. (Not supplied by the company).
We contacted Skylights UK. Dylan was very friendly and helpful. He quickly arranged a visit to diagnose the problem. Connor and Jack came and resolved all the issues. The windows and blind have more functionality than they did before and we are delighted. Connor and Jack were prompt, courteous and very professional.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Skylights UK
Two lovely lads did the work and left everything immaculate. The Velux looks super. I would recommend this company to all.
Delighted with our replacement Velux window. The process was faultless from start to finish. Communication was excellent with all my many questions answered by Dylan. The lads who did the fitting were amazing and there was zero mess. It has totally transformed our dingy landing and we couldn’t be happier. So glad we chose this company.
Excellent job and very professional service. The technicians were courteous and did a demonstration for me after installing the velux blinds. I highly recommend this company.
First-class experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation with our project manager, Dylan, everything was handled professionally. We exchanged several emails throughout the process, and every question was answered promptly and courteously.
On the installation day, the two installers were absolutely superb. They were polite, professional, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. They also took the time to give me a thorough handover, making sure I understood exactly how to operate my new solar VELUX windows.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service throughout.
Five star service from start to finish from NECS Group.
From the first contact with this company which I found through researching on the internet for the North East area, I was dealt with by Dylan, he walked us through the whole process and timescales which were spot on. Contact was frequent until the day of the Velux glass replacement and service. The technicians who carried out the work were prompt, courteous and did a brilliant job. The technicians even cleaned and hoovered the whole area before they left. 5 star from start to finish and highly recommended.
