Me and my son love my skuma. I use it for drinks and cooking and water my plants with the waste water. None have died lol. I find the mineral bottle runs out really quickly though?? Lasts maybe a week? Is that something I’m doing? However, I doubt I would be without it now. I originally got it to be part of my detox from all harmful substances in water and food. Along with eating organic produce my health has been great so far.

I’ve had my skuma for a few years now and I can safely say it has changed the way I drink water entirely. I can’t go back to tap water. The customer service is really helpful as well.

We absolutely love our Skuuma water – it tastes amazing and has completely replaced bottled water for us. The machine is really easy to use and fits seamlessly into our daily routine.

I did have an issue at one point (entirely my fault for not descaling properly!), but the customer service was brilliant. They were quick, friendly, and super helpful over WhatsApp, and everything was sorted with no hassle.

Set up does take a little while and when I pressed the wrong set of buttons a couple of days later to change the hot water temperature, the machine started to pour water with little speckles of purple and green. I WhatsApp’ed the skuma team and they were really helpful with their replies. Now I’ve got the hang of the machine, I’m happy with it. It does produce a lot of waste water which needs to be emptied several times a day, I would say around 40-50% is waste and we don’t live in a hard water area. It’s really important to us that we drink purer water so I am really happy with the machine for that. But i would say from time to time it doesn’t work as desired, I.e the hot water wouldn’t produce hot, so I had to put the water in the kettle, then later on it started to work fine again, also on another occasion the wrong amount of water pouring and over filling a glass, then the pour being correct.

I'd been looking to stop buying bottled water and invest in a reverse osmosis system. The Skuma ticked all the boxes and was much easier than installing an under sink system. Machine works great and easy to use.

We spent so much time researching how to get our water better! And always returning to the Skuma, firstly the reviews and gave us a positive feeling. Secondly on a very shallow note we really liked the look of the water dispenser.
Now we have great tasting water and a good looking machine!

I was one of the original backers of Sküma on indiegogo. The team have been nothing but helpful from the get go. Also It the cheapest way to get electrolytes in and i love the RO ratio of 4 ltr pure to 1 ltr waste.

I've been with Skuma for 2-3 years now, and the business is truly great! I got a machine from them near the time they first launched. My first version of the machine had some problems, but recently got my machine upgraded from them because they've upgraded their system. After a few emails they really went above and beyond to make sure I had the BEST machine and experience. Genuinely crazy and the best experience i had with many companies 😂 Rohit was so super sweet, and sent me a whole new machine, bottle, filter, electrolytes, the whole lot! I was actually shocked and squealed for joy in my flat🤣 London tap water is NOT it and my skuma makes it taste a worlds better 🥰🥰

Ive had Skuma since they began (by pure coincidence) I did a LOT of research into it.
My children have never had tap water, since ive been to a water treatment plant, nor have I.
Ive had this Skuma for over 2 years now and never once had to descale my kettle! We live in a Hard Water area so this is a good bit of proof in itself.
We have had (over the years) blood tests for various reasons and never shown any deficiency in any minerals etc so the infusions also work a treat.
No scale on tea and ive mentioned before how I filtered a bottle of flat Pepsi... guess what? ... clean drinking water came out!
This is amazing and if you care for yours and your families health, buy one.

Excellent company. Had an issue with the filter not working and after initial suggestions did not work immediately took machine back to repair. Water tastes good.

I gave up drinking chlorine tap water and was buying bottled water, my daughter bought a skauma filter and Wow! No scummy tea which tastes amazing and the water tastes clean so I bought one too.

This is the second osmosis machine ive had and it is far superior to the other different brand machine. This machine is fantastic. I have the waste water pipe which makes life so much easier!! I couldn’t recommend enough. Very happy customer!

I’ve been using Skuma for over 6 months and really like it. The water tastes clean and slightly sweet, which makes a big difference day to day. The instant hot water is super convenient — no need to wait for a kettle.

The only downside is the noise when it’s drawing water, which can be quite noticeable.

Overall, great for convenience and water quality, with a small trade-off on noise.

I purchased a unit from Sküma around August last year, when it arrived I dud experience some hardware issues which was raised with the team, initially there was a challenge in communication, but once the matter was escalated they were extremely swift at responding to my concerns, I received a call back from a senior staff member & a replacement which my family and I have been happy with since, we’re really enjoying the filter so far.

This week, I reached out to the team again for guidance pertaining to the unit as I was not given a wrench to remove the filter in my initial order. I was assisted by Ashwin, who was very helpful, clear in his approach, understanding my challenges, professional and quick to reply and resolve the matter, this was good customer service once again provided by the team, Ashwin has now issued the wrench by post. So far…so good!

Great machine. Had it around a year now. Wouldn’t be without it. Can immediately tell when we go elsewhere and get given ‘dirty tap water’

The water filter is brilliant! London water tastes better than from the tap. Customer service is also great, very quick response if ever need advice with maintenance or questions about the product.

I found the set up a little difficult, even with the video guide . Also, the drinking bottle I ordered with my starter kit wasn't included in the delivery. One email to Skuma and they sorted it out very quickly.
Now I've got used to it I'm really happy with the purchase. So nice to be able to drink water that I don't have to worry about being contaminated with plastic, chemicals and fluoride. Looking forward to trying out the different mineral options.

I've been using our Skuma filter for around 6 months now and it's been great. We've not had any issues at all and we even sent our unit in for an upgrade which makes it easier to maintain! The water tastes crisp and refreshing and the different mineral profiles are nice as well. The customer service from Ashwin has been brilliant and he's always willing to help where needed.

I'd previously owned Skuma filter system that didn't actually filter the water properly and, despite proper maintenance, just didn't work. After a long exchange of emails trying to get help with the matter, but to no avail, I gave up and left a bad review because it wasn't good value for money and the customer service hadn't been great.

After the review, I was contacted and kindly offered a new Skuma kit, which I accepted and was met with sincere apologies for how it had been handled.

This new replacement kit stopped working properly within 2 months (as opposed to not filtering the water, it now over filters and basically never stops filtering). Customer service hasn't been particularly speedy or helpful in resolving this, and frankly, with all the add-ons, new filters, minerals and cleaning products, it's felt like a huge waste of money, time and effort, with many of these additional materials now going to waste.

Not particularly pleased with my experience with Skuma

I did a lot of research into RO machines and opted for the Skuma Water and I'm so glad I did, I made the right choice. My order arrived the next day and if Dyson or Apple made a RO water filter machine then this would be it! Everything is so well thought out from the look and functionality of the machine itself, to the branding and packaging. It's all so stylish and forward thinking and makes all other brands and options so backward and clumsy. The customer service is great too, quick response to any questions. A really large water tank compared to others out there and the RO machine creates great admiration and a talking point when friends come over. Being able to remineralise the water in the machine rather than having to add drops or salts after dispensing the water is another bonus.
